Despite all the hype about being free, this app gives you just one use before requiring payment. It did that first one very well, but be warned it ain’t free!

First try on a meeting recording and it AL transcript was perfect.

I love this app and use it every day to transcribe meetings. It’s very accurate and ensures I don’t miss anything during calls. I highly recommend this app to everyone I come into contact with because it really does make life easier. I’ve been using this app consistently for about 8 months and have some feedback to the developers in hopes future releases can solve some of the pain points I’ve experienced. 1. Often times, I will want to refer back to another meeting’s minutes while on a meeting. I cannot access the minutes or the other features (Transcription & AI Chat) when recording a new meeting. My workaround has been sharing the minutes and transcription with my phone’s notes app so I can review them while on a call, however I find the AI Chat feature very helpful and cannot use this while recording another session. I would like for their to be a way to “minimize” the recording to be able to still access the app’s features on previous minutes. 2. I have many back to back calls and sometimes miss capturing the first few minutes of the call if I am still waiting for the recording to be fully transcribed from the previous call. In addition to this, you cannot leave that screen which is not efficient. Ideally, I’d like the recording to transcribe and produce meeting notes in the background so I can still utilize my phone and the app features for my next call. 3. Some AI Model enhancements would be beneficial including using a summary of the overall call to create the title of the minutes as opposed to topics that were discussed early in the call. Some meetings start with small talk and the meeting title generated is focused on that (e.g. weekend plans, weather, etc.) instead of the bulk of the meeting content. I know you can change the meeting title afterwards, however this takes more time that sometimes isn’t available in between meetings. Another enhancement that could be useful would be in the voice recognition to better identify the individual speaking and tie their name to the notes, transcription and action items. 4. Lastly, it would be awesome if the app included follow up reminders or calendar integration to link specific action items with due dates.

I am very pleased with the concise note taking and the summary of the discussion. I want to find a way to identify each speaker by name via voice recognition. This is my initial trial and I am pleased.

Focused Concentration is hard when I am anxious and nervous. For new jobs it takes weeks and sometimes months for it to stop. This app allows me to focus on what is actually being said while it takes notes for me. A true life saver. I have all the detail and AI turns them into Manuel, checklist, or simply a summary to fresh my memory. Love it! Worth every penny!

Great App! But it would be much appreciated if there was a pause button to pause meetings in case there’s some pauses or breaks during meetings or if I am using the app on a YouTube video that I wanted to watch in the process.

Where was this when I worked 30 years as a secretary taking meeting minutes? It works amazingly well - provides a bulleted list of items discussed, a full transcript, and the full recording of the meeting. As a secretary of a Board still taking minutes, I am in LOVE!

First time using AI meeting and it could not have done a better job. An issue with some of the members names but that is expected.

The app does a great job of capturing and summarizing transcripts. However, the functionality to get the transcripts out of the app is a pain. You have to individually share the transcripts. If there was a function that automatically sent the transcript with summary to my email address address that would be very, very helpful.
