    Does not always get the nutrient amounts correct, even when you scan the food package or nutrition label. If it doesn’t get the information correct from there then how accurate can it be when taking a picture of the food itself. I am always adjusting the serving amounts and nutrition amounts. Not as simple to use as the advertising makes it out to be. I wish I hadn’t paid for the full year.

    The app started working good for the first 3 days then begins to freeze and kick you out. Great concept loved the idea with how easy to track everything but gets overloaded fast. Fix this bug!!

    This app works great but their is a huge problem when it come to asking for a membership. You can’t do anything and whatever to click this app will make you spin a wheel or give you a deal on their membership. I don’t want the membership so please stop asking. I don’t understand why I have to pay to count calories.

  • Confusing subscription & poor transparency

    I wanted to like this app, but the subscription process is extremely confusing. I started a free trial with a discounted price and expected it to automatically charge after the trial ended, like most apps do. Instead, when I opened the app to log food, it prompted me to subscribe again as if I never had an active trial. There was no clear indication that I needed to tap “Restore Purchase,” and nowhere was it explained that failing to do so could create duplicate subscriptions. This is not user-friendly and feels misleading, especially for an app handling payments. The app itself is decent, but the billing system and explanations need major improvement. Transparency matters.
