    This app is for a video doorbell similar to Ring. It does not function without the app. They will never send you the code to activate the app. They will never reply to your messages or emails for assistance.

    I was just shopping around(researching) for an outdoor security camera and then I came upon this one. Two friends of mine came over to install; but I did the settings. They were blown away as to what this outdoor security system with exterior camera came with and could do. I’ve been tinkering this morning when it’s an amazing 39deg. Outside in NewOrleans. The microphone is powerful and there’s very little lag. The camera; now this is what I was searching for, I can do so many features like Zoom, Pan, and Record. It took a little over 20 to install! My friends sere shocked when I told them the price and they told me what they’re paying for theirs.. I’m not one to take the time to write a review and when I do it’s something very special. I highly recommend this product, this security system(cause this a security system). In His Service, Rev. M. Joubert

    this was the app to work the cameras I got from Amazon. The cameras work well. The solar panels keep them charged. And the app is easy to use. However, the customer service is terrible. I asked a question about alternative ways to pay for cloud service. That was in May of this year. I finally got an answer today, the middle of December. 7 months for a reply. I would give the app 4 stars but customer service only 1 if any. I think my 3 star review is a but generous.

    You basically get what you pay for it’s an expensive and the quality is the same. It only Records when someone is close up it doesn’t have the range of a ring doorbell, obviously due to quality, but if you want something cheap and simple, this is a product for you. Subscription sold separately and you have to charge it often. I charge mine at least two times a month.

    Unable to open the cam for live video, been going on for weeks now! My WiFi connection is good and not the problem!

    Is ok the People motion detection don’t work right is sometimes it do sometimes it don’t, people got be real close to the camera barely catches from the side walk and or like when the delivery driver approaches the house is already to late is recording when he leaving what’s up with that and yes I raised the sensitivity, Is only 10 seconds should be a option at least 15 seconds or more, then for each camera got paid for a iCloud subscription ridiculous, I won’t have this cameras for long until I found something better but at least is better than Arlo

    I pay for a service and every time I try to reset the ring it always takes me off-line and I have good Wi-Fi service. I have worked from home. I’m not going to continue to pay for a monthly subscription.

    Horrible.. They don’t have a number to reach out to customer service they take for ever to respond in the customer service chat on the app the charged my card twice for the subscription and then canceled my subscription with out a notice to why it’s just horrible I would not recommend
