    Downloaded a couple days ago and I am annoyed that i can’t go back to the previous day to add in food. I am a nurse and work a lot of odd shifts and sometimes get so busy I just have to scarf down my food quickly and don’t have time to throw it in. I need to be able to backlog to accurately track my consumption. And this app doesn’t let you do that. There are many more apps that let you do that out there. I give it three stars because the app design and concept are cute and I like that you can take pictures easily to identify some foods, but it seriously needs some work to be a better tracker. It really isn’t worth the cost since it is missing key features of a meal tracker like backlogging. it is unrealistic to have to track every little thing in the moment.

    I think the idea behind the app is great and I actually love the concept of having a virtual pet to care for but for me I felt as though the accuracy of the AI photo aspect was wayyyy off. I know you can adjust it but by that point you may as well use another app that’s more accurate. I tried it for a week and canceled my subscription because I didn’t feel like I was getting anything from it. I would like to be able to interact more with the pet/ have different avatars/ and even earn points to buy clothes and such for it. It’s not a bad app but I it didn’t work for me. The AI needs a lot of work.

    I already cancelled mine few months ago and I know I cancelled it properly. Still this app charge my account today!

    Does not enter information accurately every time and you have to go back in and edit every time to track items accurately. They also will not allow you to get your money back until you use the app for a minimum amount of days based on your plan. I couldn’t bear to keep re entering nutritional facts for the remaining days. I do not recommend this app.

    Shortly after I subscribed, I needed to cancel due to some unexpected expenses and I couldn’t afford the subscription anymore. Some of the reviews made me worried that I wouldn’t be able to cancel easily. I emailed support and they responded and manual,t cancelled my subscription within 10min, no questions asked. Great customer service and cute app.

    they charge you $39 when your trial is up even if you pick a monthly subscription and customer service hangs up the second you say refund

    After my free trial, which I cancelled in time, I was charged. I reached out to both the app and the apple store and neither would refund me. Now they've also removed the ability to go back and edit previous days--meaning the app is essentially useless. DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL OF THIS APP IT'S A SCAM 👎

    I been using this app over a yerar I payed the anuality and the las cuple of days its not working, not reading my meals and it saids the error is on your end. Very mad and disappointed.
