    I downloaded today, & set up my account. When I tried entering food by typing, taking a photo, or scanning the label, the app crashes.

    Bought a years subscription and it was great for one day. Now after snapping a picture i get an error message and it goes back to the home screen.

    I think the idea is cute for macro counting. The ai camera needs work, it couldn’t even track a very clear picture of a nutrition label. Worst 30 bucks I’ve spent in a while.

    Love the aesthetic, much easier to scan and log calories for free than other apps I’ve used (and gave up on) so far! The only thing is that it’s quite buggy, I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing it but from time to time it’s saying 503 error service not available something like that and no matter how I log or scan something it keeps saying that, on WiFi or on data. Hopefully it gets fixed!

    It started off super cute and well but it’s in camera function is laggy-does not focus well even if up close on label. Taking the photo does not even line up with contents in meal.

    The app barely does anything, none of the calorie counts given are even remotely accurate. It doesn’t function in any capacity as a calorie tracker. I’m so confused as to how it has such good reviews.

    There is nothing wrong with watching what you are eating but the problem with an AI food tracker is that it’s not accurate. I scanned the nutritional information on a package of chips. The calorie count wasn’t that even right. The percentages were off. If you are going to do this kind of app it needs to be right especially since the age to download this app is 13. At 15, I was using all kinds of methods to restrict how much I ate whether it was good for me or not. Undercutting my calories whenever possible. If I had an app telling me that what I ate was too high, I would have undercut the calories somewhere else to make up for it. If these numbers aren’t accurate, you are leaving g children using this app susceptible to restricting themselves further. In fact, if you are looking for an accurate tracker at all, it’s not this AI disaster. Not everything AI is worth it or helpful. This one is not helpful.

    Do not get this app it is a SCAM!!!!!!! I used this app for a bit but it’s pretty inaccurate so I CANCELED my subscription. Then I just got charged 60$ for three more months… yet in the app store it does not say I am still subscribed because OBVIOUSLY I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED. I emailed the customer service and they are NOT fulfilling my request. At this point I think I may have to cancel my card. Does anyone have advice?

    Every time it’s wrong. I have to go in and correct it. What’s the point? It doesn’t give water reminders it even track water so the ads are misleading there. The one good thing it fits is rates the meals which is helpful. Sorry but this is NOT worth any money at this point. It needs a lot of work.
