    This program has changed the way I do everything. It has helped me look at things in a totally different way. It’s like having someone that knows you so well they can almost predict what you will ask next. The way that Claude builds on past information is amazing. Huge time saver for work and home. LOVE THIS PROGRAM.

  • Absurd usage limits, even for Pro subscribers

    Claude implements ultra restrictive usage limits, even for its Pro subscribers. This is in stark contrast to the usage limits enforced on equivalent tier accounts on nearly every competitor (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc). A quick Google search shows that this is a widespread complaint and in particular emphasizes how limiting a Claude Pro subscription is relative to ChatGPT and Gemini. Claude’s strict usage limits make the value proposition so poor that I would advise against subscribing at all until this fundamental issue is addressed.

    I have been a paying member for months. I changed to the yearly plan yesterday and now I keep getting cut off mid conversation. It is also nearly impossible to give direct feedback which is a decision I hope bites Anthropic. This review probably won’t get read since bots inflate the star rating but hopefully this dissuades at least a few people from giving Anthropic money. The service is so bad their own AI throws them under the bus.

    So I was using Claude and I thought if I went ahead and purchase the pro it would make a difference but I didn’t get very far before it stopped me in the middle of a chat with restrictions! What’s the point in paying off the limit is still that restrictive?! It’s frustrating to sound $20 I feel if a lot but I sacrificed because I wanted assistance writing my book but to keep getting cut off is aggravating. Other than that I love this app!

  • Artifacts are too small

    Claude is great. Claude on iPad is good. But it’s clearly not fully optimized for iPad; probably a procedural port with little engineering attention. Please make the artifacts appear larger on the iPad screen. They’re sized for iPhones. There’s so much wasted real estate. Otherwise, it’s as good as the iPhone app.

    I had real problems with Claude but now it seems to be working so I’m changing my review there’s no support for this application so don’t expect any help. My questions been in for seven days and still has not been answered that’s outrageous but this is way better than ChatGPT when it comes to putting documents together legal documents or otherwise better than Gemini better than all the ones I’ve used, which is many.

    This app has two serious shortcomings: 1) it has no session to session memory. 2) it will without user permission, initiate a lengthy and resource consuming useless web search, to attempt to answer a prompt instead of simply providing an intelligent answer. This in many cases will result in a message saying essentially, “you have consumed all of your resources for today, try again later or upgrade to Max for $100/month.” This is totally lame for a $20/month Claude subscription. I recommend you subscribe to Chat GPT4o at $20/month or Grok 4 at $30/month for a much much more capable GenAI tool.
