    I am a beginner. I used to be a pro lol but I stopped working out in 2016/2017, had two kids along the way, and now I have a mom bod, who is super weak, always stiff, no flexibility, bad posture, dowagers hump,neck/back issues, no core, or back strength. I have done so many programs ever since having our first daughter, to try to lose weight and tone, let me tell you none of those workouts or programs I did, challenged me the way she does. I hated the stuff I was doing, and now I look forward to my workouts. I am doing the beginner 1.0. she does explain the workouts and shows it before we start. I don’t really know what I am doing or if I am doing it right, all I know is that it’s going to take practice until I am stronger. so do not give up. she is very encouraging and supportive during the classes and hypes you up. If you do not know the workout or exercise, you can always watch her first, and rewind it to go back, so you can do the exercise. and you can pause it!! the community is absolutely wonderful and I love the layout of the app. Thank you for this🫶🏼🫶🏼
  • Decent workouts, heavy breathing is so so distracting

    Decent workouts but the heavy, exaggerated breathing is so distracting/annoying. I won’t be renewing my membership

    I did the beginner workout but often felt lost. For one example, I am not familiar with whatever the cat move was and there was no instruction on what that was. It was just assumed the viewer would know. There were also no adaptations for people who are not in shape or have issues like carpal tunnel. There’s no way my wrists are going backwards. I also felt like a lot of the moves were for people who are flexible already and I could not do many of the exercises - especially without any actual instruction. On how to do them. I unsubscribed because I can’t see paying $40 a month to feel defeated

    Courteney and her team have far surpassed my expectations! From the incredibly effective workouts to the meal plan, nutrition guides, and in app community - it is clear how much love and effort goes into this platform and Courteney is constantly replying to her members and helping to personalize the experience every day. I’m so grateful for this app!!

    The attention and care that Courteney and her team put into Fit with Coco is unmatched. She checks in with us every single day and is always there to answer questions or provide encouragement. This is one of the fastest and best fitness apps I’ve ever used, and the workouts & challenges are the best out there. All low impact strength training and pilates classes that transform your body in ways I didn’t know was possible. Courteney is the best trainer, and cares about her members more than any other coach I’ve ever worked with. Grateful for this platform!

    Been eyeing Fit with Coco for a while now. I finally decided to sign up for the 7 day free trial & it did not disappoint! Day1 was fire! I have not sweat like a glazed donut since CrossFit or Hot Yoga! She kicked my butt & I will definitely be signing up for the monthly subscription!

    I’ve done a lot of online workout programs and this was one of my least favorite. Pros - Coco has a great personality and is very encouraging. Cons - 1) She moves at lightening speed and I had to hit pause multiple times during each workout making it a frustrating experience. 2) She incessantly says “mamas” and as someone who spent 17 years trying to get pregnant I find this repulsive. 3) This program costs more than any other program I’ve tried. 4) Zero results. If not I’m paying 40 bucks a month to be frustrated and also obtain zero results. Canceled.

    I am so happy I found this program and app! I started back in April of 2024 and I don’t plan on quitting. What I love about Fit with Coco is her 3-2-1 exercise model. 3 strength days, 2 Pilates, and 1 cardio/core/mobility day. Since starting, I have seen AMAZING results and I have been able to maintain a leaner physique. I also love how her workout programs can range from 4 weeks to 6 weeks with a 1-2 week recovery program in between. I don’t get burned out like I normally would with such an intensive workout regime and my body definitely needs the recovery! Highly recommend this fitness program and I would definitely try and utilize her diet plan as well for even better results to your body/life!

    I love Fit with Coco! It’s the only at home workout that I have been consistent with and I actually look forward to the workouts every morning. I love following the calendar and doing the challenges, but there are so many options for doing your own thing with all of the different workouts that she offers. My body is changing and in such a short time. I can’t get enough!
