invideo AI: AI Video Generator

I purchased the generative plan - doesn’t appear to be actually generative- it stated it was in queue and that paid subscriptions had priority- I have the highest plan. I believe humans are getting the request and trying to build - this is false advertising. The first video failed and said try again. I try again, it says I don’t have enough credits and need more?? You didn’t produce anything. I buy additional credits for $50 after already spending $120 for initial plan. The second video fails too!! The app ends up billing me three times for the $50 purchase without authorization- will be disputing that. You need to ge the app to a credible place and fix your billing system- you can’t make those kind of errors and never deliver a product . Give me ALL of my money back!

December 4, 2025 after giving these guys too much more money and trying to use their program again I’m finally uninstalling the program and I’m not gonna look back. This program seems to be great at one point and then makes so many mistakes. It’s absolutely ridiculous to pay for this amount of money for these guys to keep making money off of AI. what a joke don’t waste your time with this App seriously don’t waste your time. so here it is September 13 I’ve re-downloaded the program and I’ve noticed they’ve made quite a few changes which are nice. Some are not so nice but hey so far this is one of the best products actually for creating videos enjoy When I first purchased this product, I gave it four stars now I give it one. Here’s why: I initially found this program to be quite promising with excellent potential once you master its learning curve. After investing time to understand the best practices, the results can be impressive. However, I've encountered some significant challenges that impact my $ flow & workflow: **Technical Issues:** - Upload and processing times are often lengthy and inconsistent - Script accuracy is unreliable - the program frequently omits portions of submitted scripts, requiring multiple attempts (often 3-4 tries) to get complete results - This cost me $ for each creation, and creates delays that affect my content production schedule **Pricing Structure:** - The pricing is extremely expensive, especially considering the technical issues mentioned above - The current model of charging per project PLUS a monthly fee is cost-prohibitive for regular users - A straightforward month-to-month subscription would be much more reasonable and accessible - Hard to justify the premium cost when you're paying twice (per project AND monthly) for inconsistent results **Customer Service Concerns:** - Recent interactions with support have been disappointing - Limited assistance provided when troubleshooting these recurring issues - Response quality doesn't match the premium price point **Overall Assessment:** While the program shows promise when it works properly, the combination of technical inconsistencies, prohibitive pricing structure, and inadequate customer support is making it difficult to justify continued use. For content creators who rely on timely, accurate results, these reliability issues and excessive costs can be quite disruptive. I had high hopes for this app. I put in simple prompts and it would repeated give glitchy videos with people with their hands crossed but a 3rd arm drinking a beverage or people walking through desks or a person randomly sitting in an airplane chair in the middle of the planes aisle that popped up out of nowhere. The words and body movements would never match my music and when I complained they refused to give me credits or a refund. I plan on disputing the charges with my bank. I will never go back to this app. The support reps told me that: “Regarding the character lip sync, this feature is currently still under development, so you may notice occasional inconsistencies or mismatches. Unfortunately at this time, there is no available method to manually correct or fix these lip sync issues”. Also, when I would go to remix or make changes, it would change my music without me prompting to do so and then expect me to pay to fix it. They acknowledged the issue and said there was nothing they could do and still wouldn’t credit or refund me. Terrible company. Do not use them and tell a friend to stay away too. I wish I could give zero stars.

Works not great

Horrible used all my credits in one video then I asked for a refund and they were being so greedy and cheap I recommended using another app

Gave it a simple prompt with about 4 lines like 10 seconds top. It spit out incomprehensible nonsense. Then it asked me to pay either 400 or 1200 dollars a year to be able to generate less than one video a month. It takes like 9 credits to generate like a 10 second film and more to fix the nonsense it generates first time.

This app will make you feel like you’re in your own mood. You are the producer. You are the show. You are the mixed commercial. I’m talking about get the app. You’ll love it. I’m trying make your mix music video your creation your words your masterpiece.

I have always loved this platform for creating videos for my friends and family, we noticed many new updates and are excited to try them all out.!!!
