    Unless you have extreme flexibility; I didn’t find this helpful. Also alerts stopped functioning. Contacted customer service and no response. I cancelled.

    I joined Roame to begin planning a trip to Europe next year with my parents. Booking business class flights to and from multiple countries, while we’re both living in different parts of the US was a tall order but I ended up finding great flights. We’re paying about $800 in cash in taxes and fees for flights that would’ve cost us $12,000 - that’s less than we would’ve paid for economy seats and an incredible savings! It was easy to search and adjust to find just the right flights as I went.

    I clicked a “7-day free trial” offer during Black Friday week. That’s what the CTA clearly said in the app. I authenticated with Face ID (as you normally would to start a trial) and began exploring the app. The experience itself wasn’t great, so I went to cancel the trial shortly after — only to find out I had been charged $94 instantly, with no trial at all. I contacted their support team half a dozen times with zero reply. I even reached out to multiple members of their leadership on LinkedIn — also ignored completely. When I opened the app the next day, the same CTA no longer said “7-day free trial” but instead advertised a discounted annual Black Friday price. As someone who works in marketing, it’s obvious the developer updated the purchase link but never updated the CTA text, causing users to unknowingly authorize a full-price subscription they never intended to buy. This is a misleading, bait-and-switch experience, and the lack of any customer support makes it even worse. Trash experience from start to finish. I don’t recommend using this app or expecting any help if something goes wrong.

    They take every effort to make it difficult to cancel. Cannot cancel on app, it tells you to go to the website and then you go through more hoops.

    All about selling you an upgrade rather than finding you a flight. Want a round trip buy an upgrade, want to see a larger booking window buy an upgrade, want to use multiple airports buy an upgrade. There are much better options out there, bye-bye.

    This thing is a joke. Routinely says no flights for major routes over a long timespan. Then I shift the start date and it displayed tons of flights for every single day. Can’t trust this horrible app. I want my money back.

    Super easy to use and set up alerts. My mom and I take two big trips a year and Roame has helped us score business class seats every time! Austrian Air Dulles to Amman and LATAM Miami to Santiago April 2026!

    Attempted to cancel & cannot! Charged over $150 for a membership ive attempted to cancel on website, app, email & instant chat! How do i CANCEL & get refund! Attempts all made PRIoR to when my free trial was up.
