    I always think these apps are a scam because to finish one “book” you end up spending way more than you would at a book store, they are written like fan fiction (no editing no continuity) and they play on dopamine to keep you purchasing. I made the mistake of starting reading one of these on social media and ended up getting the subscription so i could finish it. The app is still prompting me to ‘top up’ and my subscription shows a month in the future. I logged out and back in, I deleted and read def the app. Nothing no you aren’t getting more of my money.

    I was hooked on the first few chapters of the book. I bought the monthly $20 subscription thinking that I could finish the book. I was asked to pay more after reading a few more chapters. The book is 245 chapters. I got to chapter 25 before I was asked to cough up another $20. I decided to delete the app.

    Do not get this app. It is a scam ended up paying over $60 for 41 short chapters. I just went to Kindle and purchased the whole entire book series for around 25.

    I’ve used a number of book apps like this one: JoyRead, AnyStories, etc. They are all pricey, but this one takes the cake in terms of expense. Three chapters cost five dollars for the book I’m currently reading. There are over 100 chapters to this book! I would never pay that kind of money for any book. Like I said, I like the story so far but nowhere near enough to be willing to spend that kind of money so I guess I’m done.

    I bought the monthly subscription thinking I’d be able to read the books but unfortunately I still have to keep buying coins to continue reading so not sure what the benefit of buying a subscription is. Great story just can’t afford to pay US$100 to read one book

    The app does not allow you to pay an unlimited subscription to read as many chapters of each novel that u want. You buy coins and it costs a lot of coins to read a single short chapter. The content is good but they expect you to spend $200+ to read a single book. I may be using the app incorrectly but that’s what u have seen so far.
