    The tech support dosnt help, app was working for a week then stopped. All calls say user busy, wen u turn off call fowarding it works fine. Tech support dosnt help. Dont loose calls l like i did

    M1 AI phone assistant is amazing. I’ve been using this for my business only for about 48 hours and it has worked wonders for me. It can answer the phone for me if I’m out of town or I’m on vacation and still schedule for estimates integrate to the software I use.

    I haven't been able to use my phone app for days. I emailed support and no response. Then, the chat support is AI, and it won't connect me with a human. Impress when it works, not so great when you are stuck in limbo.

    Do not buy this program/software it does not work. I missed an emergency call from the Hospital advising me that my mother was in the emergency room. I did not receive a call nor a text and when I advised them that I wasn’t receiving my calls, they did nothing and then they took my money and would not give me a refund. Do not purchase this software!!

    Very good app only issue is sometimes when I answer through the app person on the phone cannot hear me, which is a big issue when I am on an important call but it doesn’t happen much but it happens

    I love the app. It’s very useful when I’m busy. I only have one problem. You cannot delete the voice memos. You can only archive. If you are short on storage, or create a lot of voice memos, like I do. It is a major problem…I would like to have the option to delete.

    I use this to manage calls to my small business. It the ai works great and the service is easy to setup and use. My problem is that most people communicate with text messaging and this app doesn’t really support full texting. Also most services today require some time passcode to verify. Most send a text message with a code. This service does NOT support receiving a code via text. It has already been an issue in just 3 days of use. Please developers add texting and messaging to this service even if it’s not full Ai just being able to stay in this one app would be worth it. It’s a problem not having messages

    Did the set up but if 5 people call it’s only answering 2…. Would love to continue using it but …. I try again in a few months..

    Barley has integration options and it’s stuck and doesn’t stop forwarding call to a number that I keep on disabling the call forward for. I literally have to get in the app every time and change the identity number and call forward number and the moment I leave the app it reverts back resulting in my constantly having to change it and at this point it doesn’t work. Completely unsatisfied and pointless app do not buy !
