    My main issue with this app was that it would cause my phone to restart in the middle of a call. This never happened before I installed it and hasn’t happened again since I deleted it. My complaint about the app is that unless you have good Wi-Fi, the call quality is terrible. So it tends to be impractical to use when you are on the road. What would be nice is if after answering the call, they would either conference you in or forward the call to you. Then it could record and transcribe. But having to speak over Wi-Fi rather than normal cell service then poor call quality made it almost unusable.

    I’d give five stars but the app doesn’t work for me when people call it doesn’t ring for them and when I answer they can’t hear me I can’t hear them and also the ai assistant doesn’t answer for voicemails tried reaching customer service but I keep getting an ai bot

    I can do about unlimited calls and recordings and they are super great to have specially i somebody is harassing you so yeah catch them on tape for police since I am police

    This is a great idea, and worth the money when it works. There have been a handful of outages with no communication. Phone calls are not being received, can’t receive text messages, can’t make phone calls. The service seems to restore quickly, but everything during that downtime is completely lost. I missed several work calls this morning and had to turn off the call forwarding because of it. I contacted their support and several hours later there is still no response. it definitely does not feel ready for prime time

    Despite doing all the tech support recommended steps app still has failed. No self diagnostics available and no human tech support calls back

    I downloaded the app and instantly started to malfunction. My caller would only hear two ring then it hangs up. This app does not work!!!

    I had this for a week and had nothing but issues. Calls would just not ring through and when I would just pickup a call the other caller couldn’t hear me. I had to disable it and call them back. I wouldn’t recommend until they do an update. I had 1 out of 5 calls successfully screened others just hung up.
