    Overtook my phone didn’t properly work. My iPhone 16 Pro does not take standard calls. I canceled the subscription and the AI is running its own course.

    I never purchased this item and the company keeps trying to pull payment from my account. Seems like a con to me. My bank has been authorized to deny this transaction as fraud. So if it keeps trying I can have charges pressed against the developer of this app. Sorry to put this but have not gotten any response otherwise

    I have the setting for silencing missed calls off but I am still missing calls. At this point I really regret the purchase.

    I NEVER leave reviews, but this app made me so mad I had to warn people. I downloaded Beside AI and my phone went from over 80% battery straight down to 1% in minutes. The second I deleted it, my battery shot back up. That is NOT normal and honestly feels shady. This app wrecks your battery, overheats your phone, and clearly runs something heavy in the background without warning. DO NOT trust it. DO NOT download it. I’m honestly shocked this is even allowed on the App Store. Save yourself the headache and protect your phone — stay FAR away from this app. ⚠️📵

    Apparently M1 is no longer and with that came some changes they didn’t bother telling existing users. I’ve moved to a different provider as of today. I’d suggest these folks learn how to communicate change.

  • Rebrand, Empty Promises, Higher Prices — The App Is Getting Worse, Not Better

    I’ve used this app since the original M1 days, and the AI receptionist itself is the only thing keeping me here. Everything around it has gone downhill. The new “Beside” rebrand looks clean on the surface, but that’s all it is — surface-level. They’re charging more money while delivering zero actual improvements. They keep announcing new features — “scenario-based call flows,” better routing, new calendar logic, smarter follow-ups — but none of it exists in the real app. These are the exact improvements I’ve been waiting for (and even building workarounds for), and it’s obvious the update notes are ahead of the actual product. They talk like everything is upgraded, but nothing has changed for the better. If anything, the app is getting worse. Buttons don’t work. Menus don’t open. Settings highlight but do nothing. Excluded contacts has no way to add anyone. Daily Recap still can’t be disabled. The app feels slower, heavier, and more sluggish than before. The “new pricing plans” are just the old M1 features repackaged with higher prices — no actual upgrades, just more cost for the same functionality. Instead of listening to users and fixing long-standing issues, they pushed a rebrand no one asked for, increased prices, and left the infrastructure half-broken. It feels like they’re spending more time on marketing and renaming the app than actually improving it. If you’re going to claim big new features, deliver them. If you’re going to rebrand the whole product, don’t make the app worse in the process. And if you’re going to raise prices, at least give customers improvements that justify it. Right now? It feels like a downgrade wrapped in a new logo.

    Similar apps have called transferred this app does not have the option. If you don’t have a good Internet connection I don’t recommend it.

  • Worked Great for 2 Weeks

    It could potentially be an amazing app, but it's too buggy. It worked great the first 2 weeks then I could no longer receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls sometimes fail too. It's hit or miss. Customer service response is extremely slow and they are unknowledgeable. Responses take 2-3 days and when someone does respond, no one knows what the issue is or how to fix it. I had high hopes for this app.
