    I paid $200 for a year after a trial that worked great. THEN they must “verify my identity” to use it, which I refuse to do, and so you should you. Digital ID means they sell your data for a higher price because they can prove the date belongs to a real person.

    I haven’t been able to move past the initial setting up of my voice clone. I’ve read the script and recorded TEN TIMES just for it to only give an error message. Deleting & canceling subscription, NOW.
  • Needs Improvement or Lower Prices

    After several attempts, the app still won’t register my products and services. This has caused several prospecting clients to receive inaccurate information compared to what is displayed on my website. They don’t have any African American voices, but when you attempt to clone the cloning software makes you sound dull and dry. I’ve spent too much time inputting information about my business and too much money for the app itself for it to not work sufficiently. I’ve just cancelled my subscription and will have to look elsewhere unless they can fix these issues by the end of it.

    This is the absolute worst app experience I’ve ever had. Takes trust to give a company complete access to your phone it’s so personal and this company will do you in this is theAI were warned about my experience is a long story short version they cost me thousands of dollars beside took over and they are jacked
  • Good idea, terrible phone quality

    I really want to like this app. It seems like a great idea and would be fantastic but the call quality is really bad. Constantly cuts in and out even when I’m on strong WiFi. Navigating through the recents also isn’t that easy. The UI could be simplified a bit. Looking for an alternative.
  • Desktop for windows needed

    I will give this a five star, but I’m not because it’s really hard to program the information in the knowledge space, on your cell phone every time I try to copy paste it scrolls back to where I already did and it makes it difficult. Everyone doesn’t have a MacBook some people have windows so I need you guys to make sure that you get the installation for desktop windows. Same way you did for mac.I’ll be waiting when this happens. I’ll upgrade my review.

    There is apparently no way to globally disable recording calls. This is a problem if you live in Florida because you will need to disable recording manually on each call or be subject to a FELONY charge. I don’t think there legal department thought this one thru
  • Good concept not great audio quality

    I love the concept of this app, but the apparent voice over ip connection is really scratchy and cuts out much more frequently than my regular phone service

    The concept is great! With a lot of potential! But the number one down is their customer service definitely needs a lot of improvement! If you porting your numbers for business purposes be ready to wait days for someone in there to start the process! Then wait the 5-10 days to complete the process! Either they need to hire more people to help customers or they need to STOP taking new clients. Juan was the person who was helping me and literally I had to wait for him for more than two days to ONLY start the port-in part! Because nobody else can help you so you stuck with one person!
