    App is having issues and is always slow. I tried to checkout today and it only shows a white screen, it won’t let me access my rewards etc. App needs worked on but other than that love the brand and jewelry!!

    I really love the jewelry and once i made my first order i went to order again but now it is trying to make me pay for the package protection and 1 year warranty. This wasn't a problem with my first order as i was able to remove both of them but now it's become a big problem as whenever i try to ex it out it comes back or it multiplies. Im not sure as to why its doing it but its not letting me remove any of it. Please fix this!!!

    tbh i still haven’t even got my package lol, i ordered it 8/17/25 its currently 8/31/25 i checked the tracking…still in transit in a whole different state than mine. mind you i paid $7 shipping assuming id get my package in 3-5 business days as it states at checkout..anyways lets hope (if) i even get my package that the jewelry is good quality !!

    i got 2 necklaces and a phone case. so far this is like my 3rd day of wearing the Lover Girl necklace and i lightly pulled on it to twist it so the clamp was in the back and it literally broke, i looked at the product reviews and this happened to so many other people. so read all the reviews first or just don’t get it. its to expensive to be breaking that easily.

    I bought the pearly girl necklace and after not even wearing it once, it broke. I reached out and was assured somebody would respond, but nobody ever did. I am highly disappointed.

    I’m so disappointed, I swear I’m the only person that had had this problem. I loved my jewelry so much. I bought so many pieces and for a while they were perfect but then they turned color. I’m so disappointed.

    No idea why his has more than 3 starts truly. It’s fake clearance. They also don’t answer emails! Or any form of anything. So many scandals and they haven’t learned. I am missing two packages from them form a year ago and am still reaching out. Of everything I add to collections in the new update, about 20% actually saves. I’m tired of it this is not even worth $6 for a necklace anymore
