Looking at the first lesson I'm amazed at how accurate it is. I never saw it before my eyes. Now that this has been pointed out to me, things make sense. Excited to learn more.

  • No notifications for habits????

It is ok. Lots to read - would be nice to have some audio or video sometimes. But what is the point of the habit tracker/habit component if there are no reminders? Seems like a simple ask and a big omission.

There is alot to unpack here and it seems well organized and thoughtful but there are still lots of glitches with the forms and the widget simply doesn't exist in my menu selection. The aesthetic feels a bit outdated or doesn't showcase the tools in the most visually supported way. An update of how the interface works would be great like floating thought bubbles instead of paragraph boxes that disappear as you are writing so anxiety kicks.in before you realize it's just another cumbersome app glitch that wastes valuable time navigating backspace and return and fixing spelling l while emotionally charged due to using a app dealing with lifelong trauma and abuse. I'm a high fan of mind maps and bubbles that aren't hierarchical. Lastly I hate being directed to review an app I just downloaded. Surely there's the tracking technology available to hit me up after a certain number of hours using the tools you offer so I can give a more thoughtful review. Let me reiterate: I really hate being asked to supply a five star review like I'm some kind of robot. That gesture makes it seem like you don't care about the user's experience so you can perfect your app based on meaningful feedback. Nope. This directive to provide 5 stars for an app that requires interaction seems disingenuous at best and dishonest at its core.
