    There are bunch of reasons why i love using this app. Getting distances and the web portal were the main draw but then I fell in love with their speaker. But! the AI Scout feature is the game changer for me. It is like having a really smart and level headed friend telling you to put the 1 iron down and pick up a 7 iron because they know you are about to blow up the hole if you don’t. This is a company that deeply cares about doing golf the right way and it shows. I recommend them to everyone.

    The speaker is great, sound quality is crisp, lots of bass and it gets loud! Durable too, but the magnet could be much stronger. It’s taken many tumbles from the cart after a small bump and still works great. The app however is clunky and keeping scores isn’t great. It constantly jumps to the next hole before you input your score and it’s really easy to hit the wrong button and make a mess of your scorecard. There’s plenty of apps with a better user interface, honestly if I didn’t have to have the app open to get my distances from the speaker I wouldn’t use the Game App. But I’ll admit, getting an accurate distance and club recommendation from the push of a button as you’re hopping off the cart is extremely nice!

    I’ve never had a harder time canceling a simple subscription. Blue Tees charged me $49.99 for a Premium membership I didn’t want, and the “manage my subscription” link on their website is completely blank. Their account page shows the charge but gives you no option to cancel, which is ridiculous for a subscription-based product. You pay through Shopify which is completely divorced from the app; just a terrible user experience. I contacted support multiple times and clearly asked for a refund, cancellation, and no future charges. Instead of actually reading my messages, they kept sending canned responses trying to upsell me or explain features I don’t want. It’s obvious no human is actually reviewing these requests. Their own emails say they offer a 60-day money back guarantee, yet they make the process as frustrating and opaque as possible. It feels like the system is designed to prevent cancellations rather than help customers. The subscription experience is terrible. Make it easy to cancel, honor your own guarantee, and have a real person respond. Until then, this stays a 1-star experience.

    The design of this app is trash, nothing is intuitive and it’s loaded with ads. Now I have a problem where I get notifications every 10 minutes with no way to stop it. Please fix this mess of an app.

  • App alert malfunction

    Some sort of update was just released, causing multiple alerts to hit my phone constantly that there is a new app update. There is none. I’m also getting alerts about an alert, news alert warning, which when I click it loads a blank screen when I reset the app and open it again the only thing I can do is report an issue, but it never allows me to submit. This thing is completely broken. I’ve spent a lot of money in this ecosystem and having this happen is unacceptable.

    They charged me for a year subscription and it will not connect. It says I do not have a subscription but clearly my bank account was charged and they sent me emails. This company is fraudulent. It has so many problems. They have continued problems with distance. And tracking what course you’re on as well as power issues with charging stay away from this stay far far away you’ve been warned.
