How great is it to talk to ChatGPT while driving? Seriously, the voices are great and of course the ChatGPT service is super useful. Best text-to-speech I’ve ever heard - inflection and filler words make it very listenable, intelligible, and just realistic.

This app is by far the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. I have yet to be disappointed by it.

I’ve used this product for several months and the hardest part to deal with is the inconsistency of the models and the limitations that you face in trying to use it. There’s a clear emphasis on the part of OpenAI to produce a model that won’t offend or violate any copyrights, or whatever other problems that it thinks it faces, but not actually solve any of the problems that I have. Very quickly run into the situation where you are hearing the same results from the model over and over and trying to change those results never is satisfying. Furthermore, if the model has an opinion that you don’t hold you’re going to never convince it of your position, making it almost impossible to draft any sort of document in your own voice and instead everything ends up sounding like some kind of vapid robot. And for any sort of work that is longer than a paragraph or two, than it has absolutely no context and will not be able to contain a thought for more than a few sentences before ventures back off into its own way of thinking again. This makes us entirely useless for developing any sort of real work if you need a quick email or something maybe but longer than that, it is in completely incapable of producing or assisting with. Form a technical standpoint the push to talk functionality, which is absolutely necessary since it loves to cut you off, barely works often breaks and leaves you in a situation where you’ve been talking for a couple minutes and then it failed to record it., You get a situation where you’ve been talking at it making a interesting statement or prompt and it responds back that there’s a technical error and it completely deletes your thought lost forever into either. I would say you should try it, but, this technology is way overhyped and fails to deliver on almost anything meaningful after the initial wow factor wears off.

I just updated to the paid version and it is running so slow. It’s ridiculous. Is there a glitch?

Most of the time the answers aren’t correct, and I wish you could add a suggestion to scan images so I don’t have to write it on there.
