Description

Start your subscription today to begin treatment with EndeavorOTC, the game-based ADHD treatment clinically designed to improve symptoms, attention and focus, designed with the same technology as the world’s first FDA-authorized game-based treatment. The treatment includes Focus Score, a first-of-its-kind personalized metric where you can track attention progress. EndeavorOTC is for adults 18 years and older with ADHD experiencing inattention-related challenges that affect their quality of life such as diminished focus, inability to complete projects or tasks, keep track of important items, and more. Built with the same technology as EndeavorRx, the world's first FDA-authorized video game treatment. EndeavorOTC is available now by subscription. No prescription needed. EndeavorOTC was studied in more than 220 participants over a 6-week period. In the clinical trial, 88% of participants saw improvement in their attention and 73% of participants reported quality of life improvements, including an increased ability to balance projects, get things done on time and keep track of important items like phone, wallet, and keys. There were no lasting or serious side effects in any clinical trials for EndeavorOTC. (1,2) How EndeavorOTC improves focus: The gameplay challenges you to tap targets and navigate obstacles to boost your attention and focus. As you progress through the game, the technology is continuously measuring your performance and using adaptive algorithms to adjust the difficulty and personalize the treatment experience. How to Play EndeavorOTC: Playing EndeavorOTC can fit into your daily routine. The more you play, the better your results. Playing the game every day for an initial six weeks can improve your attention and other functions that make up your ability to focus. Users will be given a target Focus Score increase which should be achievable in six weeks. Based on clinical trial data, the target increase provided directly relates to improvement in ADHD-related symptoms and overall quality of life. And, for the vast majority of people, this will leave room for continued improvement in Focus Score and cognitive abilities as well as ADHD symptom management beyond the initial six week course of treatment. EndeavorOTC is made available under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) current Enforcement Policy for Digital Health Devices for Treating Psychiatric Disorders During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency. EndeavorOTC has not been cleared or authorized by the FDA for its indications. It is recommended that patients speak to their health care provider before starting EndeavorOTC treatment, and before making any medical decisions. © 2024 Akili Interactive Labs, Inc. You play the game and end up addicted to playing. And it doesn’t even help! Just makes you feel like doing more things for dopamine (more games/videos)
  • Not ADHD treatment… this is an ADHD activator

Don’t waste your time!!! It took me 20 minutes to do their tutorial & their baseline “treatment,” only to find I had to pay an outrageous amount to even see my scores! It did nothing except activate the emotional dysfunction with my ADHD. No free trial? C’mon… how else is someone like me going to want to try & find out if it’s worth it?!?! And then to read further into your reviews & see many complaining about charges they were not reminded of or did not fully understand? The math ain’t mathin. Seems like you may prey on those with this condition… and our all or nothing mentality. For shame.

Don’t love the app, but am only bothering to leave a review warning other people because they do not send you a renewal notification. Buyer beware.
  • Not worth it

This absolutely does nothing to help. When I asked for a prorated refund I was told to work with Apple. Please do NOT waste your money.

Produces very similar effects to being on Adderall for me. I highly recommend this be given a try.

Endeavor OTC has helped me a great deal before and after I started taking ADD medication . It is fast paced and really forces you to multitask which is great exercise for an ADD brain. Not a big fan of the company. Occasionally you have to re-sign in and agree to another user agreement. There you agree to giving up a greater amount of you privacy and data. This is happening on an app that you already paid for and you are only halfway through the contract. Just this week I had to re-sign in and it treated me like a newcomer showing my different packages. I still had 3 months left. I emailed customer service, they emailed me back saying “maybe you used the wrong password”. I went to the app again and I was already logged in. Couldn’t they just admit to the glitch and apologize for the inconvenience?

They have you play a game, and THEN tell you it costs $130 to get your results. Why would I want health advice from a dishonest company?
  • It works.

My attention has definitely improved. Also it really is meditative in a way even though it’s frustrating at first. It really gets to the point where your brain realizes, I need to just shut up and be calm and stop complaining or I won’t be able to do this. And then the mind becomes calm. And then the real magic happens. You start noticing in every day life, just driving through tasks without stopping without the mind complaining or distracting. Very effective in combination with my pharmacological treatment. Thanks!!!
  • The app is broken and support is not….

I have trouble focusing , I got this app, it seemed to really be helping. Then it broke, I contacted support, it takes 24-72 hours for a response. That’s fine, then they send you trouble shooting suggestions, even that was kinda fine, I pay $100 a year and support has me fix it myself. But none of the fixes worked , with 1-3 days between communication and the fact that I got this app to fix the issues that make it extremely difficult to interact with this kind of support, there is no person to talk to ever, they don’t do that. I am so disappointed I think it was making a difference. I was going to buy it for my grandson instead I’m getting a refund if i can figure that out. it is too much confusion if you need any support from this company😔
  • Evidence lacking - please read - misleading studies

I tried this app. On the plus side, the creators intentions are good and the app is well executed. However, the evidence they cite is very shaky if you dig into it. For example, consider “STARS-ADHD” study. It has no control! They enroll 221 adults to test the product, but did not have a control group that did not access the product. So there’s zero evidence that the change was caused by the product. It’s really misleading. It raises the serious question of why there was no control group. My personal experience is that I used this app daily for 6 weeks and I can’t say I felt an improvement in my attention.
