    I canceled my subscription before the free trial cause because the app was not I expected it to be. Not happy that when I canceled I was still charged 14.99 🙁

    Horrible customer service - as in there is none. Tried a week subscription to see if I liked the app. Attempted to cancel and there is no cancellation option nor anyone to reach out to or responds to inquiries for help in cancellation process.

    This app bills directly from them NOT Apple it is impossible to cancel they “review your application for cancellation “ as if they can say no? They are very vague on how to opt out and cancel your subscription. Do not recommend at all and APple is no help to cancel as it’s not through them

    Keep trying to fraudulently charge my card for a subscription I never agreed to. When I contacted they told me to “be patient & wait” bc they will contact me within 72 hours…I told em not to bother delete the account & stop charging my card. The best part? They don’t have ANY of my information to even begin to contact me, nor did they ask. Weirdos constantly trying to fraudulently charge folks for things they didn’t agree to. 😂😂 I suggest Apple just go head & take this app out the app store before they end up w a lawsuit (bc I’m close myself atp)

    terrible stories and even worse ui. dont bother to use when you can find the same stories on youtube. ton of plotlines ive read from other sites that are almost exactly the same but with different names. if you subscribe you'll have the hardest time trying to cancel. they really make it hard for you to find where to unsubscribe. its like trying to cancel a planet fitness membership...they do their best to not let that happen

    I never read reviews, this is what I get. Tried to cancel my subscription and can’t. Tired to do it the way one of the reviews said and it just kept saying “manage your subscription after 2026 01-03 5pm” and the helper isn’t much help🥲 morale of the store please read reviews before downloading an app!

    They will not allow you to cancel your account after the trial period. They will not answer your messages, it does not register in you Apple wallet or subscription section so you can not force a cancellation through. They are thieves!!!!
