    I left a review a couple of weeks ago because I felt like the responses to my letters seemed like AI. However, I received a warm response to my review from the developer assuring me that AI does not respond to any of the letters that are written. So I’m may try the app again eventually. I appreciate the response.

    I canceled my subscription in advance within the 3 day free trial and suddenly I was still charged on January 2 which is then when they canceled my subscription. That is so not fair. I’ve reached out to Apple and they are not refunding based off of you all’s decision. This app is OK, it just didn’t fit my needs.
