    Iā€™ve been using this app for a week since I was in a breakup and itā€™s been helping a lot. Iā€™ve always loved giving people advice and kinda being a therapist so I love this app. But it still needs some tweaks, one the ability to respond with emoji should be removed, itā€™s so unhelpful to just get emoji responses, instead make the ā€œswapā€ feature free so that people can use that instead. Also $9 a WEEK is insane. If you made it like $4.99 a month I think you would have way way more subscribers cause no one paying $40 a month for this. And add other perks for + to make it worth it.

    Just seems like every app requires you to start a subscription. Can only get so far before it states how to start your free trial. No matter what. App is free go download. But anything beyond making an account, you need to subscribe to use it.

    Iā€™ve had this app for a little over a year now. I took a little break and came back to everything costing money. Itā€™s asking for $8 a week which in my opinion is way too much.

    This app exploits peopleā€™s need for connection and tries to monetize it. Further, their advertising on Instagram is tasteless and inappropriate referencing depression and death in a nonchalant way to encourage downloads. Awful.

    Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the choice to use photos of Amy Winehouse in your recent ad and the implication that ā€œif she had used this app she would still be alive.ā€ Not only does this reduce serious and complicated mental health conditions and substance use disorders to something that can be fixed by a simple app, (a reckless, and frankly dangerous implication), it is mocking and exploitation of a deceased person in their lowest moments. This egregious lack of judgment by your marketing team seriously calls into question what this app considers ā€œhelp.ā€ Deleting this app immediately until this ad is removed and an apology is issued.
