  • Worst app ever

    This app has been down for DAYS!!! I used to use the gtl gettingout app and thought I hated that one! But this one is even worse!! They take your money just fine but you never know when your loved one will get the email or funds you send!! Yes it’s wonderful that we have options to reach out to our loved ones, but I feel as if it’s just more of a money scam than anything else!! We have no other options but this one company and it’s sad!! Do better JPay!

    Although I’m glad that Im able to send pics messages and videos to my friend but this app is limited to its capabilities. It’s very show to load most of the time and I’m sure if my account was gone though on jpays level they would owe me money for if it takes to much time to load it still takes your stamps but never refunds them back! Plus the fees for possessing are ridiculous. Even though using jpay though your browser still ends up having errors from time to time it definitely has more to offer and seems to work a lot better! Don’t waste the space on your phone for this app until they figure out how to make it user friendly!
  • Terrible App

    Unfortunately this is one of the only ways to stay in touch with my husband. The app is down more times than not. Many times it takes weeks for messages to be sent/received. They shouldn’t be charging for an otherwise free service to society. One more form of oppression to the already marginalized.

    Blue screen showing “ we will be back soon” has shown on app for 3 days. Could not hit the support link as it was underlaid with the write a review link. If I am on desktop url, no problem, just the app. Hope it will fix again soon. Thnx.
