    I had two accounts on here and had to close due to son being released, by PO orders. Well I’m trying to reopen my accounts and say I have to use another email , I only have two emails How do I restart my account ?

    The app is hard and difficult to register on. The software needs to be upgraded bc I’m receiving notifications some of the times. Certain aspects of the apps built in functions

    There's always something going wrong with this app. Had the account for several years yet at times the app doesn't recognize by password or log in. Very frustrating.

    Why isn’t it updating when I download it ??? Customer service after you do all the things it has u do before calling and they say we are not technically support. May concern is now who is suppose to help with jpay app. They want tou to spend a dollar to get help thru computer and you know not everyone thinks the same way or describe correctly

    I appreciate the fact that the app exist let me start there. Like I appreciate that I am able to speak and communicate with my loved ones. Besides that, please change the graphics. Jpay looks so cheap and fake. It looks like something a old person would use or a old person’s app because of the huge blocked option, it’s so colorful and it looks like it was created for people who have vision problems and can’t quite see to choose the correct option that they need or want to use.

    Very rude staff ! I called to get help on how to merge pay with the Securus account , the lady in the phone talk to me like I was the one incarcerated. She rushed me thru every step over talked me from the time she answered the phone ! This is not the way you treat anyone who spends their money to help you make a living

    i want to give it 0 stars but i cannot. why would you have me download the app to add money to a tablet and not even have the option in the app nor the website? absolutely ridiculous and cruel.

    Are the people sleeping who are supposed to maintain this app. It has NEVER gotten past the services available for the inmate. All you get is an eternally spinning circle.
