    The app is great but, the “fortune cookie “ gift is glitching. Last month it said there were 11 hours to go the entire day it was supposed to be available then expired now it says there are 7 hours to go for the last 2 hours! If there is a timer , shouldn’t it be progressing? Frustrating

    If some of my favorites weren’t on this app I would’ve left long ago they give you just enough ink rewards to not be able to afford a single episode and then it is sure to expire before you get more to afford the same single episode.. there’s just no finishing a story without spending tons of real money they keep most of for themselves..

    With the free ink we would have to watch more ads but got more ink per day, 10 ads we could watch every hour, now we can only watch 3 ads per day for an episode, so if anything tapas is getting less money anyway. Screwing everyone over, the authors, customers, and even themselves. Edit: The ink rewards stopped working.. like completely. Edit: It’s fixed!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    I submitted a pretty harsh review earlier because after I had over 10 ink offers not reward me, offerwall’s customer service was no help. Tapas offered to step in themselves, and the issue was resolved without conflict, and I’m very happy about it, but it was still a huge pain to gather up evidence. I’m lucky enough to get the majority of my reading ink using money, but for those who are reading novels for free, do note that they prefer you to open up one support email *per* offer. It’s not unreasonable, but it is annoying for those who want to get enough ink the binge read. Other than that, the Korean novel selection is far better than any other platform. Some novels are egregiously behind on translations (and are uploading at the same pace that new raw chapters come out), so I’ll be spending my days waiting in agony, but the writing is good.

    Why are there no picture scaling options on iPad? Why does it fully stretch? Horizontally is terrible vertical is a bit better but still stretches. Your website doesn’t do this. It scales pictures ok still lack options( only white background should let for black too). Many other sites provide a better reading experience on IPad. I’ve been using my iPhone read tons but I really want to use my iPad sometimes. I’m a software developer I absolutely know this is relatively simple and many others have implemented it. Picture scaling and background color selection for the empty space. This is in my opinion base level quality of life features. I should be able to see the exact same results on my iPhone and iPad. I should be able to see exactly the same thing on both side by side. Fit to screen. The artist has an idea of what should be on screen at a time and that always should be an option to display. Spend a sprint on this. Maybe you’ll unlock a new audience you didn’t know by making the tablet experience enjoyable. If you want to go for gold you should add multi window support on iPad. I like having music/youtube on a side window. Although making your entire UI scale is much harder when you didn’t build it with that in mind.

    I used to love this app, however, now it never works. It always says that there’s a “Network Connection Error” and would force me to the downloaded section, despite me never having the ability to download anything.
