  • Charging money without subscription

There were calls at the time that I felt needed to be recorded, unfortunately I didn’t know that I could do it through my IPhone. This app has been taking money from me since 06/2025 even though I only signed up for the free use without a Subscription. The app was downloaded sometime in the U.S. summer maybe like 05/2025 and deleted after the first payment that was taken without a subscription. It has been taking money unnecessarily and it has caused me severe problems to where I can’t even download other apps. Money has been taken from me unknowingly, but yet it’s still saying that I owe them. Mind you, I Never subscribed and even deleted the app after the free subscription. Your best bet is to tap “recording button” on your iPhone than to deal with this app. Unfortunately, I had to speak with an Apple Representative to understand what was going on with my account. This app has put me under subscription and I DID NOT subscribe, and taking money monthly, on top of that they don’t have a way for you to contact anyone for your issue. I wouldn’t download this app at all. Trust me, I’m learning the hard way!
  • Does not work they rob you

It said free trial. Downloaded it and tried calling my other phone to see how it works. It literally tells the person you’re recording them and on your end you didn’t even hear it. And there’s so many steps once a person answers you have to do that does not even match up with the practice model. Not even 30 min after downloaded app, I tried canceling. They refuse to give me my $106 after tax back. No one even responded. No human to call. Twice I submitted with Apple and no one made them pay me back. I paid $106 to not even be able to use it. Not even once. Honestly, I don’t even think it’s legal what they did. I will continue to fight this.
  • Good but spotty

This Is a handy app but obviously overpriced now that the iPhone can conveniently record calls. Also, I find the quality of the calls spotty — lots of moments when the voice drops entirely away, which leaves frustrating holes in the recording and the subsequent transcript.

This is a scam. They will charge you ten dollars every other day without any notice. Do not download this highly suspicious scam app. These con men should not be allowed to operate in the App Store.

This app has literally got me through a 3 year difficult messy divorce in one piece. I taped every single call - no more he said/she said nonsense and it’s usable in court (mine anyway) You can label and organize your recordings and this app has never glitched, never let me down and it’s easy and straightforward to use and it protected me when I needed it most. A+++
  • Love this app!

Hands down the best-priced, best-quality call recorder I’ve used. I have pretty bad ADHD and forget details easily, so being able to record calls, get clean transcriptions, and review how I sound on sales calls is huge. Unlike many other apps, it doesn’t loudly alert the other person it’s recording, which is perfect for personal review - not legal proof. People get weird as soon as I’d tell them I was recording the call to sales training & so I don’t forget stuff thinking I’m gonna like use it against them so I know ethically I’m using it for just myself. The other part I love is I use the transcripts with ChatGPT to summarize calls for myself and even for customers. The Speaker labels are a game changer. Worth every penny - 5 stars.

Tape a call helped me recall vital doctor interviews and meeting after my heart surgery. Valuable for recording phone calls.
  • Can’t call.

It puts the 1 in front of any number you dial. Can’t remove. Can’t call. Only 800 numbers. 1 star.
