I understand that I signed up for the 2 week trial, but charging 84 dollars for an annual subscription after a t week trial without sending an email is terrible. I would understand a one month for 20 but not an 84 dollar annual subscription.
  • Good but it doesn't teach you grammer

If this app does teach you grammar, it does so in the most inane way possible. Rather than teaching "This is why you use X in this situation rather than Y" or some variation thereof, it rather chooses to teach you grammar by throwing problems at you and telling you if you are right or wrong with no explanation as to why. The only saving grace to this is in the discussion boards there may be some people that will explain why the grammar is the way it is. (which I have yet to find out how to post to the discussion boards) Rote memorization only goes so far, understanding will benefit us more.
  • Reminders and repeating lessons

I like the reminders to practice and I like the repetitions of lessons. The repetitions help me recall words and phrases!!
  • It’s ok

I like using it to practice but it gets really annoying when you can’t do anything without Super Duolingo. I had super Duolingo for a little while and once it expired, I lost my motivation having to deal with hearts and paying gems for every little thing. Like I get that they want to make money but it’s really frustrating and the app isn’t even that helpful.

This app makes it easy to learn and keeps it fun. It’s far more user friendly than any other app I’ve tried.

Everything was going smoothly until I got to lesson 1 in unit 3, it wouldn’t mark my answer correct no matter what. I eventually just switched to different languages, please fix this asap.
