  • Tv provider problem

    I love this app. But I’m trying to log in with my tv provider cox and it wont load the website for me to connect. I’m using my iPad
  • Love the shows, HATE the app

    It doesn’t save what I’m watching!!!! If I stop in the middle of an episode I have to remember which episode and fast forward to my spot. It’s so basic it shouldn’t even be an issue. App is clunky and you can tell very little thought and work went into it. Disappointing.

    The content on Starz is great. No complaints there. My issue is with the app for my iphone. It freezes multiple times during viewing of movies or shows. I have to completely close the app to get it to run again and even sometimes that doesn’t even work. 50% of the time if I do have to close it, it won’t start up in the program where I left off. Sometimes when I pause a program it will also close out what I was option instead of it just pausing. It’s all very frustrating. I’m currently signed up for a promotion for Starz but if after the 6 months, this is still continuing, I will just cancel it. I won’t pay full price for such a frustrating playback platform. Ugh.

    Every five minutes the movie freezes and crashes, and you have to close it out and restart it. Make sure you make notation what time you’re at because when you do that it starts the movie over from the beginning. This is hands-down the worst streaming app I have no wonder why they offered it for six months for 20 bucks it’s garbage. I don’t have this problem with any other app. Netflix Hulu HBO Showtime YouTube none of them do this.

    The content is good but the app itself is awful. You can download a show or movie but if you do anything at all while the content is playing, including closing the app, trying to navigate within the app, or fixing the rotation (which frequently gets stuck) your download will lose its place and start over.

    I signed up for monthly subscription of $8.99. When I was charged $19.99 I thought perhaps an auto payment was somehow missed. Now a payment has been debited for $43.99. Who authorized this? Not me! If this how you’re now operating, I will cancel!

    TV app is difficult to navigate. Should have easy, first thing you see access to your favorite/watch list, but does not. Also, app should be programmed to open up to last show watched automatically; if you turn the television off for the night, then next day want to continue watching, you shouldn’t have to navigate to app, open app, navigate to show … too annoying.

    So I have used the starz app for years now without problem. Now I try to watch it and all I get is a black screen no matter what I do. I went to the App Store and I saw that now this app requires iOS 15 to use. So ridiculous that since I have iOS 14 I now all of a sudden cannot use this app.
