  • Good tracker for Diabetes

I’m not trying to lose weight, but there are many features that are very useful for me. During an illness, I had protein malnutrition, and this app helps me make sure I’m getting adequate protein in my meals. I use the water tracker too. I need 80 oz of water per day and this app helps with that. I am eating more healthfully than before. I also LOVE that each meal is graded A, B, C, or D. I am so happy when my day gets an overall grade of A or B.

App great for tracking and showing types of portions, however, it has “serving size” as a portion… how much is a serving size? Maybe along with showing what an oz, cup etc is, show how much a serving is; that would be helpful. Great app overall!

I love this app, it’s very thorough and informative, educational! I’m a type 1 diabetic and have used this app well over 10 years. I really couldn’t get along without it. Entering my meals etc helps me know how many carbs I’m taking to regulate my blood sugar via insulin pump. It’s awesome. Also, wonderful for weight loss and offers different duets to choose from to reach your goals. It syncs with other health apps as well if you choose. You need to check this out, it really is all about them wanting to improve your health. Frequent app updates to keep it running smoothly. There is also other My Net Diary platforms to fit your needs/lifestyle. Please try one, you won’t regret it!

I like and use the app daily, but I would really like an explanation button or something saying WHAT a serving size is? Not grams! Like 1sm apple or 2 corn tortillas. I have 2 turkey sausage patties and unless I pull the box back out I dont know how to answer per serving question? Dies it count as 1 serv or 2?
