    Hi! Can you please make the background default color pure white again instead of light gray. I’m begging you! Who’s idea was this? I have to go back in and slide right to fix it every time. It’s annoying.

    This app used to be great. Now I need to sign in everytime I open the app on an external web page. It should at least be natively in the app and not require sign in every time... I can no longer edit while traveling because I need to log in everytime which requires an internet connection. Such a shame

    Be sure to sort these reviews by “Most Recent”!! After over 5 years of using this app, now I can’t login! I have contacted customer service 7 times and they are no help. They have taken a great graphic design app and turned it into a basic “try to do all the things” platform that is ABSOLUTELY terrible. As of the November 2025 update, the app says some of my “content is unavailable” because the “images in this project are missing or broken.” That’s unacceptable considering it’s an uploaded graphic. Based on GoDaddy’s unreliability and destruction of what used to be a fantastic app, I would NEVER use them for anything meticulous - especially accepting payments for a business!! GoDaddy—> do NOT tell me to contact customer service. It’s no help!

    I use the GoDaddy app to manage my online appts but that app kept suggesting I download this app and I can’t even get passed the logging process without it crashing on me. It’s very annoying for a business owner, I wish they just added a tab in the regular GoDaddy app for OLA

    When I log in through the little browser window it opens, it doesn’t sign into the app. Instead it signs into that little browser window. Why?? I am on iPad.

    This app is a 5 star app no question about it, I’ve been using it for 6+ years and it’s been an amazing tool to have on the phone and desktop! Absolute game changer! But the new update made some decisions that I simply can’t imagine how anyone thought it was a good idea… specifically making your past projects such a haste to find! They have replaced the bottom widget that used to take you to all of your designs to a web launcher, but this is like THE app for the designing aspect of Go Daddy! Not a website manager first… in order to look at your designs and continue to edit them you must open your account sub menu and look for the “projects” tab… not to be confused for the “my projects” tab that takes you to another website entirely and is RIGHT ABOVE the projects tab! I know it sounds like a mild inconvenience but after using the app for years it just feels so off to have such a KEY FEATURE of the app hidden and buried in so many layers of the menu! The front page is templates to use… and the top right is “make a new project” but to access any assets from past designs or edit anything else I have to basically go to settings? This ain’t it chief! Please just add another tab to the home page that takes you to your past designs! This is crucial to the longevity of this app.
