Description

The world’s No. 1 baby app! Understand why your baby cries more at certain times, isn't himself or herself and... what you can do to help. During our research, which began in 1971 with Jane Goodall and the chimpanzees in Tanzania, we discovered that babies are more prone to cry and to be clingy or cranky from time to time. This behavior was shown to be related to a leap in the baby's mental development. More specifically, babies go through 10 mental leaps in the first 20 months of their life. A leap may be tough, but it's a positive thing: it gives your baby the opportunity to learn something new. Use The Wonder Weeks app to: - See when a leap starts and ends thanks to a personalized leap schedule - Be automatically notified when a leap is about to start - Learn to recognize the leaps based on the various signals your baby gives - Discover the new skills your baby develops with each leap - Stimulate your baby's new skills with 77 playtime games - Keep track of your baby's development in your personal diary - Link the app to your partner's app to keep track of your baby's developments together - Share your experiences and ask questions in the forum - Watch fun and interesting videos about parenting - Complete fun polls and find out what other parents think about certain topics - Benefit from a baby monitor with 4G wireless connectivity, including interesting information about sleeping patterns. Our mission is to help parents gain confidence in the face of the greatest leap in life: having a baby. We take a candid look at parenting, shed light on all sides and are there for all parents. We can all help each other and learn from each other. Millions of parents before you have already followed, supported and stimulated the 10 leaps in the mental development of their babies. It's not a coincidence that we have been one of the best-selling baby apps worldwide for many years! Disclaimer: This app has been developed with utmost care. I used this all with all of my children. (Mom of four). I’m glad it became so much more popular since I had my first because it was so helpful in knowing why my babies were fussy and when to be expecting it!

It’s so helpful to know why my baby is upset! It helps me help her, and also gives me much more compassion rather than annoyance or frustration when she is fussy! It also has amazing tips, activities to do with your baby, and videos to explain what’s going on in their development! 10/10 app!

you HAVE to pay in order to do anything on the app- it literally wont allow you to explore without buying a subscription which is insane. cool idea- sucky way. why do moms have to pay to get help with their babies, beyond me.

I don’t find this app to be helpful. Baby does not align when they say the leaps are going to happen. No way to mark that one started sooner or later than they predicted. Does not provide helpful insight

If you HAVE TO pay to do literally anything with the app, you should just make it cost what you need on the app store, or have a free version as well

Spot on! This app has helped me better understand my child’s behaviors as a first time mom so that I can better support him and his needs as his little brain grows- so grateful to the friend that recommended it to me!

This app should be free. It has no idea goes to predict what my babies are going through. Not enough data on babies is collected. It’s nice to see Edgar developmental phase they’re in but you can google that for free
  • Useful info, but never accurate.

The information that this app offers is useful, but the fussy/skills phases were never accurate for my baby. It would say she was in a fussy phase and my baby was so happy the entire time. Then other times when my baby was fussy, I thought to check the app thinking it would definitely say she was in a fussy phase… sure enough, inaccurate again.
