really annoying that they finally added the option to filter out certain brands and then took that feature away. not interested in looking through pages of secondhand shein.

Great shipping process although shipping prices are ridiculously high and should change them back to the regular weight and not choose the ounces of your item. Seller should be choosing that not Depop.

I love that Depop has a suggested section, I love that as a buyer and seller I am protected, I love that it makes the labels for me for shipping, I love that I can leave reviews, I love that I get to keep most of the money I make, and biggest of all promote my shops social media so my customers can keep up with my shop. Depop has been wonderful in pushing my items to the right people, I love making and up-cycling accessories and clothing, but some of there new policies have become increasingly stressful. All of my customers have been amazing and really patient knowing that a lot of my made to order items takes time, they are happy to wait for their items! It has nothing to do with the customers, but with Depop’s new 10 day policy it is making it increasingly difficult to fill orders in that amount of time, knowing my buyers will be refunded automatically, and getting notifications every day saying ship now to avoid cancellation is super stress inducing. I have been on the platform for years there’s many great features, but this is not one of them, and I am very much considering leaving the site. Another new issue is drop shippers and scammers, it is becoming increasingly worse, people hiding low quality brands they are selling for more than double the price, and people posing as someone cleaning out their closet and then turning out to be a drop shipper, I reported a few accounts that were clearly drop shipping all using the same photos from aliexpress and somehow all having multiple of the same new condition items. Nothing was done and the accounts remained up, which wouldn’t bother me much if drop shipping was allowed on the site even though I am very against drop shipping, but it violates THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS! They wrote them they should stick to them. (Some past issues now resolved but we’re really frustrating at the time, I got banned automatically for using language that flagged the banning system, I was told I didn’t do anything wrong and it was reinstated, but no one would tell me why or how to avoid this issue in the future, (a calling customer service feature is NEEDED!!!) I got my account suspended for again the system flagging me for wordage on a listing. Was told I didn’t do anything wrong again and got my account back. Besides that mostly smooth sailing.)

it won’t let me make an account?? i can’t get get past the username without it freezing i even tried updating it still didn’t work. i wanted to start selling on there

Its so annoying on how long we have to wait to receive our money from something we sold, First i have to wait 2 weeks to get my money then i have to wait another 5 days to receive my money into my account that is probably the most stressful and frustrating thing ever, All honesty probably never gonna use this app again im better off using like facebook marketplace where i actually receive my money that instant. 2/10 app do not recommend.

I have noticed that the shipping that I originally labeled on an item would be different once someone bought my item. I.e small shipping turns into medium. I DOUBLE CHECK that the shipping price is correct by weighing my own items, I double check that the item is correctly labeled on the app, but when I get the order the size mysterious goes up. this is making me not want to use your app anymore as a seller or buyer.

I tried to make my account for the first time cause I heard this app was really good so I was hyped but when I pressed continue it said my device was banned for violating the terms of services which doesn’t make sense since it’s my first time using the app.

I have sold multiple times on DEPOP but I can’t figure out how to add the tracking number

After using depop for many years now. I’ve become exhausted with various updates to the interface. These updates aren’t occasional, but very frequent. It feels like a daily occurrence. A new feature is always added to the app in an experimental nature. Either it remains or gets changed immediately. I wish the developers would stick to one thing!! This feels so unnecessary.
