    I think the shipping is outrageous, it’s the same price for everything! I would purchase SO MUCH MORE if the shipping didn’t cost more than the jeans, eBay shipping for jeans it half the price! Oh and can you please make it a mandatory to put the jeans inseam because nobody likes to answer their messages

    When I’ve purchased an item, Most of the orders I’ve tried to make have been cancelled. I don’t know what the policy is but it seems like a very real problem.

    I’ve been going back and forth with customer support I have only ever bought items through the app and that experience has been great. This is my first time selling items through the app and it won’t let me withdraw my funds. The only option I was given was to give my personal information through email so they can do it manually. I just don’t think that’s very efficient and is definitely an issue they should fix.

    I’m soo tired of paying $9.99 for shipping $4.59 for taxes and $3.55 for a market place fee. I pay that much in just fees for every single order. It’s to the point I have to buy 1 item every couple of months bc if not imma be spending $4-500 just for a couple tees and maybe a jacket. I hate this app sooo much much bruh. Who cares tho, I’m just one person yall dgiveaf

    I’d give this rating zero stars if I could. Literally within minutes of posting things for sale, I started getting a bunch of spam and fraudulent emails. How is it that within minutes, my personal email was already put out there with fake emails from “buyers” being sent directly to my personal email instead of being sent to me in the Depop app? It’s ridiculous!! Needless to say, I deleted my account with 15 minutes of creating one. What a waste of my time.

    I’ve been using this app, selling and buying for 5 years. They flagged my account because I had bought 2 of the SAME items from this lady who was scamming, and I had created a dispute TWICE. The seller had taken $20 each time. $40 in total. Depop only disputed and gave me $20 back… and then flagged my account when I had asked for the rest of my funds. They finally banned me because my child had texted someone something with a bad word? And they fully banned me from the app. I have reached out, emailed, and have begged and pleaded for my account to BE APPEALED. Depop please unban me. This was my source of income and where I found great items… Depop, please appeal my account. I will bring 2x the traction and money to your app.

    Awesome app. Great finds on it for a low price, plus you get to save some items from the landfill. Selling clothes is super easy. A couple things that could be improved: 1. As a buyer, I see no point in following users anymore. I would love to see posts that people I follow make but that’s just not even possible anymore after that home page update about a year ago. I follow people who have cool vintage items that I would love to see, but now all I see is an infinite page of fast fashion polyester garbage. 2. As a seller, I can turn on notifications for when a buyer messages me, I sell an item, but not yet when a buyer makes an offer. This is a huge miss as I am missing out on potential sales when not actively on the app. We need a toggle-able notification for buyer offers!
