This problem has been persistent for approximately six months, beginning around April or May of the previous year. Over this period, I have upgraded from an iPhone 15 Pro Max to a 17 Pro Max, and the issue remains unchanged. Specifically, messages do not appear in the app until it is closed and reopened, and replies often fail to send until the app is restarted. This problem is consistent across multiple iOS devices and does not occur on Android devices. Given that Meta Business Suite is a core Meta application, it is crucial for both Meta and Apple to be aware of and address this ongoing issue. This is so convenient and precise. I love it

Was unable to access photos/vids after latest “update,” some messages were showing up in “Done” (1/18/26) and cannot log in to business suite at all (1/19/26.) Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Cannot go in and edit a scheduled post. App just freezes and does nothing.

I can’t log in now and Facebook is just wasting my money while the login wheel spins.

It is impossible to work within this platform and to get answers to any questions about how to. Please let us know how to get support to increase visibility, engagement, tagging those involved with our project, and so many other things that are gone from the original pages. Facebook pages are a detriment to any business or creatives trying to promote their work. Willing to invest in promotion if only we can figure out how this works, which is completely different from Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

Awesome platform

I constantly try to use this app but the icon spins and spins and never lets me log in.

Had a really good feature called post engagement, but recent update took it away.
