Meta Business Suite

I’m trying to create an ad but it won’t create due to the “I accept” button not responding to clicks

Can’t even log into the app sometimes. Really frustrating I try to use this app for work and it has a great deal of problems.

Still have to use Facebook app for half the stuff. You have to literally use both apps to build accomplish anything.

So the card I’ve been using for the last three ads have worked I start a new ad and bam I need a new payment method. I literally have two different cards on the account and cannot use either one. What is the point of trying to run ads and grow a business if we are unable to add money to run ads horrible app!!!!

Constantly crashing when I try to open it over several days. Have not been able to receive message notifications either. Additionally, the app has the red icon indicating that I have notifications/messages, but when I have been able to get into the app, I have no notifications or messages. Finally, we lost access to our business page during the purchase of our small business when the previous owner went to add me as the admin of the account but she accidentally deleted herself before adding me. This has left the old business page out on Facebook with nobody to manage the page or post to it. We lost a page with 2k+ followers and had to make a new page and start from scratch. This has been very hurtful to our business and could have been resolved if Meta/Facebook had not made some changes like removing the option to claim a page with no admin. Meta needs more real humans that can help with customer service. I know many other people online have complained about this same issue and being stuck without access to their business page.

Overall ok. But for a brand of this magnitude (Meta ) : 1) why do attached images to saved responses disappear regularly? 2) why can’t I rearrange saved responses in my order 3) why can’t I attach videos / other files to saved responses ? To name a few

Meta Business Suite is an embarrassment to the portfolio of mark zuckerburg. Even the basic functionality of the app starting on an iPhone doesn’t work consistently. There will be days I can’t even open the app without it immediately crashing. The post scheduling features have failed to work an entire week in a row. It’s insane how they have such a garbage app for the part of their business they rely on to make money. You are much better off just getting a 3rd party scheduler

After this last update, anytime I attempt to open the app it crashes before the app finishes loading.
