    I wasn’t able to log in and needed to reset my password and you emailed the temporary password but when I went to log in with the temporary password, it wouldn’t take it. Had to go to ticket help at the venue to acquire my tickets

    I was born in 1949. Birthdate entry requires me to scroll back from 2012 to 1949 - 76 years, a total of over 900 months to scroll past. So i lied snd said i was 26.

    I was required to download this app to retrieve minor league tickets I purchased. This was annoying bc I don’t want to download the app. Next, the app kept saying my pw was incorrect, but then would not send me the verification email to re-set the pw. When it arrived much later, the app would not allow me to add the ti keys I bought to Apple wallet, with that link doing absolutely nothing. This app wasted at least 20-30 mins of my time. Just email the stupid tickets. No one wants to download your buggy app!
