    I just paid over 800.00 for front row tickets. 1. Why does the handling free increase just because the price increase when you provide the same service? 2. Why do you have to stipulate you have to pay in pairs when tickets like this cost so much and you dont know even know how sales will go and if there is a fan as big as I, they could go to the concert on their own. Ticketmaster, you’re worthless and almost everyone in the concert community knows all you care about is raping people for money because they are just as stupid as I. Your day will come Ticketmaster and your organization of individual’s who take advantage of people willing to pay the money, but it has to just continue by paying for additional seat when I don’t want or need it.

    This app makes a difference to me and my wife since I from the 1970’s when we sat in line all night to just get tickets. One had to send a runner up to wait for ticket places to open. We have had really good success and excellent seats for our shows. Thank You Ticket Master

    When you purchase a ticket in the app it doesn’t allow you to choose a seat and I ended up getting end seats when paying for center

    I logged in and was ready with enough time to be in a later part of the line while other people using the web browser who got in the queue after me got in a better spot in line

    I got on ticketmaster to check for some tickets that may be now available just to find my account has been paused? Something about unusual behavior and it won't tell me how to solve whatever this problem is. I can't make a new account or sign into my old account. I don't know what to do and this makes me very upset that i can no longer use this app to check for tickets. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. nothing works and this makes me dislike the lack of information this app gives to solve this problem.

  • Will not let me access my tickets on iOS 18.1

    Installed this on my iPhone 16 with the latest iOS (18.1). It lets me into all sections except My Events (the most important). It will not let me access my purchased tickets, it just sits and spins. I emailed support multiple times and they have provided absolutely no help. I had to install it on my son’s Android phone to be able access my tickets this weekend. Useless.
