I really enjoy this app and being able to see where buses and trains are thanks to other users. I feel like the effectiveness has gone down a bit lately with some app updates though. I live near a station and the app regularly thinks I’m already there despite being ~5 min away. Most recently, I will have a train/bus selected and the app will chose the following one when I’m not looking. If I didn’t pay closer attention, this could lead to me being late because at a glance from the lock screen it tells me to leave later. I will go back and select the right train and it’ll switch on me again and again, even with the app open. It has problems sometimes recognizing when I’m on a bus/train and I wish there was a way to manually enter that I am. It also regularly stops working if I switch apps in the background and pauses my music/audiobooks. Sometimes it doesn’t show me routes I know I can take as an option, and not farther away ones that are locked in the subscription. All in all I still enjoy using it but it’s a bit of a frustrating experience with the more recent problems and the constant problem of it losing track of my trip while I’m on it. That may be my own fault for living on low power mode, but it happens more frequently than other apps.
  • fix the timing issue it’s petty and unsafe for a company to do that

waiting 27 extra minutes in the cold when the app should’ve just canceled the previous bus is terrible for people’s safety

I have bought 10 dollars worth of funds then when I get one the bus it says my QR scan code isn’t valid so I spend another 15 dollars trying to buy a valid QR code now the app just says I have 25 dollars in funds but can’t use any of it this whole app is a scam.

Okay so the app is good but for some reason it is always giving me the wrong times like when it says 4 minutes till the bus gets there and when I got there the bus stay at one minute then all the sudden I missed the bus it said on the app but no bus has passed honestly they just need to fix the time problem asap

  • Poor Design

This is an very poorly designed app. The user interface is not intuitive for the non tech saavy. The actual results of a search in particular, if you aren’t familiar with the app it’s difficult to know what the results mean. Add to that someone who is visually impaired trying to figure it out on top of that like my husband, who can’t drive and has to rely on buses) and the app is almost worthless.
  • Poor usability and feedback sharing

The app has poor navigation and doesn’t feedback bc it uses AI trash to auto reply. I’m on a train that wasn’t showing on the app and it won’t update to recognize that. The “feedback” email link isn’t working and doesn’t allow any direct feedback via the app. Why crowdsource train/bus data if you won’t let users share that info?
