    I was court ordered to download the app, the other party never downloaded it so nothing was ever done on the app, I was then told in court I didn’t need it anymore as I was being awarded custody, since nothing was ever done on the app I reached out about a refund, Alex the person emailing about it was completely useless and just said it had been too long to get a refund without checking the order that had been processed, I would use any other app for co parenting if needed. Do not give this company a single dollar.

    This app has never worked correctly for us. I cannot get notifications on time and now not at all. Their terrible customer service just says “we’re working on it.” Now, I plan to keep elevating my complaints until I get real help or remuneration. Then more. This is just the start. Do what you can to find an alternative.

    This app would be fine if it wasn’t so buggy. Typing messages and want to edit them? If you move the curser the screen still focuses on the bottom of your message. This forces you to make edits without being able to see the changes that are being made. It’s difficult to explain but very annoying. Also, i often get notifications of a new message but when i go to view the message the inbox has nothing new. I will refresh the inbox, sign in and out, etc but it refuses to refresh for several hours. If the message was urgent? Too bad.

    I’m not sure what has been happening with this app but several times now I have not received any notifications that I received a message. This is highly problematic in my highly contentious divorce. Also this service isn’t free so I am paying for something that isn’t working.

    The app is slow to load. I have all notifications turned on and still don’t get badge app notifications (the numbers on the badge). The notifications on my smart watch don’t go away on their own even after I’ve checked the notification on my phone. The expenses section only lets you divide expenses by percent. I need to be able to assign actual dollar values. Not impressed.
  • Auto renewal BEWARE

    I did not realize the auto renewal was on as I was not using the app. I requested a refund and cancelation with in 24rs of being charge and they will not issue a refund. I do not recommend using a company that intentionally has policies to retain money in such a manner.
  • Not pushing notifications

    Why am I paying $150/yr an app that consistently fails to push notifications to my phone through all the recent updates and verifying proper notification settings on my phone. What else isn’t working?
  • Limits the way to communicate

    Us as parents decided to use this as a way to comunícate with our children. My kids are older and they have phones. After we pay 300 each we find out that video and phone calls can only be made through the parents phone and only texting is permitted. I don’t see why I can’t call my son straight to his phone
  • $300 per year messaging app?!?!?

    Basically what this company is doing is taking advantage of tough situations and making them worse. They say backed by legal and health professionals? Ok sure, let’s list them so they can be vetted and investigated for kick backs. Follow the money. This is a $300 shake down. Seriously, $300 for a messaging and calendar app? The other features they’ll try and claim as their “value” are absolutely worthless and could be designed by a 10 year old. LEGAL FRIENDS….lets open an investigation and see where all this money is going and shut them down.

    I don’t like the messaging feature. I wish you could see the whole messaging thread and not just the most recent message. I also wish you could just add an amount owed for an expense since not all expenses for our agreement are 50/50. Those are the biggest issues that could be improved.
