It’s court ordered so there is that, it does not notify loudly and often miss a note when it is actually delivered. Cannot find a way to send a voice recording to my son. It’s ok, I do like being able to record calls and videos yet there has been a drop in the amount of communications I get with my son, I am not sure why… just fascinating.

In court we pushed for OFW to be required in our situation due to conflict issues in coparenting…the judge agreed and required all communication be through the app. We upgraded our account from the basic account to the level that allows for phone calls to be placed through the app for us to be able to communicate with the children when they weren’t in our care and our coparent never paid for the upgrade therefore we never got to use the upgraded feature once. We had it for a year and we were never able to use it. We asked OFW if they would credit our account the wasted money on the upgrade to go towards next years fees and they denied our request. Very disappointing to have fought to use this company specifically and then for them to show such a lack of empathy and understanding in this challenging time. We’re no stranger to our coparent breaking custody agreements and not following through…but it’s a shame when we then get punished by having to pay for something that was a total waste for us considering that feature is dependent on both parties paying the upgrade. I’m really hoping they’ll have some compassion and understanding and reconsider.

I can’t even sign in or make an account it’s so difficult and the call center for customer support is always closed and never open it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still can’t sign in or make an account. It says they sent out emails which I never receive
  • Calendar-notifications

The calendar used to have solid color blocks in the shade appropriate per parent who is scheduled to have the child. For about a year now it’s been a dot on the day for my calendar and with readers is hard to distinguish. My wife left a review for her OFW with her ex and hers was updated to have the day completely colored in. Unfortunately, I have missed some of the notifications because the small dot isn’t distinguishable between parenting change or an event such as a doctors appointment. I also don’t always receive notifications when there’s a calendar update. I do love that conversations are saved and that I can see read and unread messages as I’m perpetually ghosted.

Your advertising is misleading. Your ad says people are “switching from another co-parenting app, AppClose,” but when I started registering, you tried to charge $299.88 per year upfront for the same kind of unlimited plan another app offers for $8.99 per month. You have three plans, and all of them must be prepaid for a full year or two years — no monthly option. Only one of your plans includes unlimited calls and other unlimited features for $299.88 for one patent, and even your cheapest plan costs more than their unlimited plan. Shame on you for misleading people, especially when every penny counts during and after a divorce. I will go back to court and report this. You should never restrict parents from connecting with their children or charge them per minute to call their own kids, especially when a court orders the use of an app. You should be ashamed.

Frankly I can’t believe this app is court ordered to use its cost a completely unreasonable amount of money is clunky and out dated and you get charged on both ends for using it this app is just robbing people. Plus top it all off the the doesn’t foster communication but hinders communication with its ridiculous email format text. This app needs to go the way of the dinosaurs and especially when there is better apps out there that don’t cost money!!! Update: we don’t even use the app any more they send you a email saying there going to charge ya and there is no easy way to end your “subscription “ this app and all the people involved with its court ordered use, are bad people taking advantage of already stressed parents often time this app is the cause for more. Shame on you family gizzard.
  • Poor app

The lag time between text conversations is terrible; I typically close the app and reopen it. It is faster that way. It takes 20 plus seconds to connect to a phone call and if you’re using Bluetooth even longer.

Went with this app because it claims to be the most recommended. It’s expensive, not user friendly, and doesn’t allow to make true custom schedules. Messaging a co-parent is in email format, not in a chat format. Biggest disappointment is not running in the background, frequently missing notifications
  • Extremely expensive and exploits families

This app is absurdly overpriced and feels like it takes advantage of families who are already going through enough stress. The pricing structure is unbelievable — you get 45 minutes of talk time per month, which is basically nothing when you have a young child and need regular communication. If you want unlimited calls, the upgrade is almost $400. For an app that’s supposed to support co-parenting, this feels predatory, not helpful. Another huge issue: the whole system feels designed to keep people paying, not solving anything. It’s marketed as a “court-recommended tool,” but instead of helping parents, it feels like it benefits the system around the court more than the families using it. Very shady vibe, very disappointing experience. For the price they charge, the features are limited, outdated, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect. There’s nothing here that justifies the subscription cost. Overall: feels like a money grab. Would not recommend. Families deserve better tools
