App is broken and they’ve replaced their customer support with a useless Ai chatbot.
  • Good, but…

Works great when logged in via a website. But the app does not consistently display parenting plan schedules (cuts off visibility prematurely). Often need to force quit app to have data temporarily appear correct, before force-quitting again.
  • NEEDS a ‘Merge Calendar to iCloud’ feature!

RecommendationWith changes in OFW schedules and swaps it becomes harder to manage personal/ work schedules without a subscribe to OFW calendar feature that would allow ease in updating life schedules across the board through a OFW Family Calendar subscription to keep at a glance iCloud calendar up to date better serving families. Highlights: thankful for the accountability of communication & record keeping this brings.

    1. I do not like the other user can see my last log in. It causes more problems than helps. Sometimes I want to look for information without engaging in a conversation and not reading unopened messages. I like the message read time stamp just not the login. Time stamp tracking could be seen as digital stalking. 2. Data Reports for Messages with Replies over compile. They gather repetitive messages and it makes it too hard to read and understand. Messages without replies was 64 pages, with replies it was over 1,000. Needs to be cleaned up. 3. I use journal entries as a timeline of events. Very useful for evidence gathering. I wish I could customize a report for specific entries. Pick and choose which to use. Same goes for messages. 4. Data Report for Journal Entries makes a report based off “created date” so if I backdate an entry and print a report it’s not in chronological order. 5. Tabs to store court documents/orders/evidence 6. In a more advanced version legal dictionaries, links to helpful sites, resources, know your rights section, AI analysis etc.

This is the worst app ever there is no way for you to find a conversation you had two days ago. Everything is a new message. I don't know how they view these things in court, but you definitely cannot navigate a conversation you had in the past. It is almost like an email truly, I don't understand this app.

After downloading a new update, the app continues to crash. It will not allow a video to get sent. Every time I try to send a message it gives this error message “An error occur processing your request. Please try again.”

I just got this app today and I can’t even create the parenting schedule because the “add” button is bugged.

This company will take advantage of you and force to upgrade payment tier plans. It’s already expensive as it is. Avoid using this if you can.
  • Notifications Always Silent

I frequently miss calls because the App does not make any sound for phone calls. Please fix this issue. In response to developers response: This is not a settings issue. I verified my notifications setting prior to reviewing. I've deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. My phone is not on silent and I have the volume up. Banners do appear but not notification sounds. This has caused me to miss important notifications and calls. Other reviewers have mentioned the same problem. Please address this MAJOR issue. It's a critical flaw when phone calls through the app need to be addressed in a timely manner. It's preventing my child from being able to communicate with his parents.
