  • Problem response system is awful

    I ordered for delivery (12 food items) After only one item was delivered I contacted my delivery person who said to contact the store and there’s nothing to be done, the store told me that THEY CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND, nor can they send my food, but they’ll hold it for me if I am willing to find a car (which I don’t have) and drive thirty minutes to pick it up, after which they still would not refund the delivery fee, handling fee, or the decent tip paid to the driver. Failing that the worker gave me another number to call which promptly informed me to call back another day because the call center is closed. Now three hours after my order I have no food, no refund, three hours wasted, and no response from anyone On the app there is no way to raise a problem either, just relentlessly and infuriatingly stupid email surveys to fill out. Do better, or give me my money back at least if you will not give me my food, there should really be some form or avenue to deal with problems like this

    This app is buggy, I scheduled an order, store made it 2 hours earlier and said they didn’t get the time attached that the order’s just pop up whenever and they weren’t going to remake it. That I can cancel it or take it cold when I get out of work and pick it up….have been on hold for 15 minutes with the 800 number can’t cancel once the order has been made.

    That might be the theme of this app. Tuesday drops never work or and don’t tell you why either. Way too many clicks required to check out in this app too. Can’t it even remember my default payment?

    They offer some good deals during the Tuesday drops but then the app doesn’t work. Very frustrating when you’ve driven to the store and then the app doesn’t work for the discount they marketed.

    App works when it wants on specials. Rewards wiped out at least once. E-mailed customer service and don’t believe I received a response yet. App and IOS updates installed. Customer relations needs improvement

    First, it’s beyond annoying to have to put in a discount code that the app itself provided. But when it says it failed because the item isn’t in the cart and it clearly is there it’s infuriating. Not to mention I used the link from the promo I had to type in manually. This app is so buggy it’s the reason I haven’t been to Taco Bell in months. It’s less effort to make my own at home.

    I received a notification notifying me of an upcoming deal within the hour. I waited for this deal to become active and bought the Mexican pizza that was a part of the deal. I then proceeded to checkout where the deal was completely malfunctioning. This is an error within the Taco Bell app that must be resolved immediately. Because of this Taco Bell lost my business today. I hope they can do better in the future.

    The application exceeded my high expectations. When you think TacoBell as a brand, whats the first thing that usually comes to mind? ...thats right, Class, Quality, Perfection. From the burritos with cheese on the inside, AND outside 🤯 to the pleasant view of the parking lot from their luxurious dining area, to the ultra responsible P65 warning presented to customers, letting you know they are a company who truly cares. Phthalates are technically the motivation behind a couple hundred thousand ongoing cases against our good friend bayer, due to the terminal fantastic taste that the food leaves in your body forever! Soo good, you'll never forget you ate there! Heres a protip, order a crunchy taco supreme but without tomato or sour cream, they will get confused and give you a regular taco. Return that taco with your receipt and insist on a taco supreme, without tomato or sour cream. Whenever they tell you that its exactly what you got, reference the receipt as evidence otherwise. They wont know what the heck to do to make you satisfied, and just might offer you some random free items for you to stop being so angry and confusing. Good luck 👍
