Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

The menu is difficult to navigate and the order confirmation takes forever. Moreover you can’t see how long the wait is - I’ve wasted hours because I ordered ahead online and when I got to the store there is 40 minutes wait time multiple times. I will never go back to Taco Bell again.

I can’t order or pay and it never loads

It would be great if you could select which Taco Bell you want to order from for delivery. The Taco Bell location I get defaulted to won’t allow certain items and box combos to be chosen.

What a headache using the mobile app. Every time I go to pay there is an issue saying oops there seems to be an issue. So frustrating. Need to fix this ongoing issue.

Seems like something you’d want people to do but there is no cart button anymore, lol

It works as advertised, the only reason to use food apps are discount and whatever their rewards program will let you have, and the rewards for this app are pretty lack luster, you don’t get to see when you’ll get them or what the rewards will be, and even when you do get them they have an expiry period, so if you’re just not feeling like Taco Bell for a while you’ll miss out on what you earned without even knowing about it, really wish the system worked like McDonald’s, where you earn points that don’t expire and there’s an entire rewards menu so you can see what you’re getting before you get it Other than the rewards system being lackluster it does what every other food app does so at least there’s that 👍

App was great, up until a few months ago when I suddenly couldn't find a way to check out and order food. There are so many other people on here that have left the same review and nothing has been done to fix this issue. Cmon guys, this has gone on long enough. Fix your app, please.

Order and get confirmation of your order; go to the store to pick up; order takes 54 mins. past pickup time; you leave due to lunch hour time frame; food is done once you return to the office; you get no food; Taco Bell doesn’t respond at all through customer support and the store can’t help you because you must contact customer support from the app; this company cares nothing about customer support! Ban this app!

App broken

Literally never any good offers at ALL! Any food app including the worst ones are far better than the taco bell app. Do jot even bother giving them your personal information. They have given me absolutely zero decent offers in 6 months. Don’t not even waste ur time. Go to McDonald’s or literally any other food app for actual discounts
