  • Can Barely Watch My Team

I have been trying to watch my team live but I have the All Teams Package and the Team Exclusive Package… yet no matter what I use it’s like I can’t ever watch them. I keep getting routed to other broadcast networks to watch it and it’s mad annoying

Why did I pay to watch every game for my team, but I am getting black out errors?
  • Live Activities Broken

Live activities broken as of the last couple months. Inquiries to mlb support go unanswered.
  • Apple TV app buggy again

Not sure what they did, but trying to watch a game that is already completed is so annoying. It randomly skips ahead, and the inning tracker isn’t correct.
  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR MLBTV

Regular app works ok but mlbtv is ridiculously bad. Hit it or miss whether you will be able to watch the game. More likely than not you will get the spinning beach ball. Waste of money.

If it wasn’t for this MLB app, I would not be able to watch the Dodgers. I’m a diehard dodger fan and I don’t have cable. Thank you so much for this app. I never have to miss a game again. Been using this app for eight years now it is so worth the money.
  • Serious Flaw

Why does the Gameday play-by-play snap ahead to the next batter at the end of every play? Like, if someone strikes out, you do not see it happen, or where the pitch was, it just resets the screen to the next batter. WHY? Not only does it force you to continually look down at the play log after every batter, there’s literally not even a reason for it to cut ahead. Nothing is happening at the start of an at bat! This happens every time, whether the at-bat results in in out or a strikeout or a hit or a walk. Gameday used to (and is supposed to) actually show and linger on the “in play, out(s)” or “no outs” or whatever else happens. Why? Because it makes sense. Cutting to the next batter makes zero sense.

Y'all have a really fantastic app here, but your advertising office is kind of the pits. Who puts this content together? A chatbot? A top-office executive (read "non-contributor to the organization")? Otherwise, it's an excellent setup. Good job:)
  • Stop with the automatic subtitles

Every time I use this app to watch a game it automatically turns on subtitles, which take up a large portion of my iPhone screen. So I have to click on the three dots and turn subtitles off. And should you open up another app on your phone (it is a phone after all) and then go back to watch the game, subtitles are back on. Enough with the subtitles, everyone knows how to turn them on in the odd chance they actually want to see them. Here’s an idea, spend your time on fixing the app. Lately, every time you go to watch a game, “No feed available“ pops up. So you just have to go back and click watch again and keep doing that until the pop up goes away and you can actually watch the game. And the Roku app is even worse. Launch MLB on Roku to watch a game that is in progress and it always (literally every time) tells you the game is about to start, even though the game might actually be almost over. You have to hit the fast forward button over and over until you finally get to the current point of the broadcast and your game will come on. If you don’t fast forward all the way to the end, this worthless app will tell you the game is about to start. I initially gave up on trying to use this app on Roku until I stumbled upon the fast forward trick. Small wonder no one subscribes to MLB, this app is worthless.
