    I’ve played DoubleDown for a few years basically for free, but as soon as I started making purchases, I started having odd ‘glitches’ like the app rebooting itself in the middle of a bonus spin cycle and so on. When you contact Support, you get asked for screenshots and videos (which, since you’re given no warning about the app being about to crash, you don’t have), and essentially told that it’s your fault and to check your network connection. I’ve contacted Support in good faith three times, and unfortunately even when they promise to provide chips as compensation, the amounts offered are low and never arrive in your account. This isn’t a coincidence. I would suggest finding a different app by another developer, and definitely not making any purchases on this app. This is something that I’m taking to Apple, because I’m convinced after about six months that something fishy is going on.

    I like the new format a lot. I am not sure of the benefits of the BINGO. I don't see its value with the payoffs. I bought chips for the challenges. The paid challenge didn't last 24 hours. I couldn't get any extra money from the top row. The daily gifts from a friend should be more because you are asked asking for higher bids and we don't have enough chips to play. So we get bonus spends everyday for a week. With 30 spins I may get 150-600 dollars. At least make the bets higher than 25! I just keep adding to my original comments. I think the games have awesome graphics. The games are most entertaining when you have enough credits to play. The playoffs are not good. Each day we are given enough credits for maybe 3 spins. Why not give players, depending on how much they play, a minimum of 2,000. The time bonus needs to in increase daily as well. Players can't bet higher if there is no money to bet! Buying credits is such a rip-off. If there are any chances to receive better credits, then your company should do something better to entice your audienceence.

    This has to get better, you’re either going to love DDC or hate it and it’s veryAddicted , I wished a thousand times that I hadn’t never starting playing DDC because you going to win or lose and withCasinos it’s mostly losing, it’s always buying if you want to play but they do give you chips to get you going, think long and hard before you start, it’s the best games out there and I love it but sure can get expensive more on this update, DDC gave me a few chips to get me going and I had fun for a while and ran out and thought I would buy more and keep on playing well when you buy the chips are gone in a flash, don't be like me, beware
