  • Has gotten worse over several years

    This game used to be a joy to play. Now it’s a pain in the rear. Now, there are so many bugs, I may have to move to Solitaire from a different developer. It now freezes up often, and I have to force-end the app and get back into it. Once I almost had to force restart my phone, because it locked up so hard. I also used to see my cumulative total, which was up over 5 million. Now I don’t.

    Great game but freezes often and when it does, it takes iOS almost 20 seconds to respond.

    I now have my backdrop and card backs. I like the idea of playing as if I had a deck of cards in front of me. I don’t like the programmed games where you can win if you make the right moves. I have been playing for years and won lots of special card backs and backdrops. After the last update I lost them all. I tried to restore purchase but had no success. I’m not that upset but you should have kept those rewards I worked hard to win. I stopped playing the rewards games after they became you automatically win if you make the right moves. I like the rewards as a reason to play. But keep it random like using a real deck of cards without having to have the space for a deck of cards.

    Why do developers have to “fix” things that aren’t broken? The new “You Win” screen at the end of a game removes the Menu button, so you can no longer get to the Daily game without starting a regular game first. So now the clock is running on a game I didn’t intend to play. I’m not taking my review all the way down to one because I do love the ability to repair my streak by playing old daily games I missed, but come on guys. An update (2.1.31) that *removes the Menu button* is an extremely stupid move.

    Why is there now an automatic hint shadow every time you move a card? It makes the game unplayable because It takes the entire challenge out of it. Why would you even add this option??

    Do you bother to test your updates? The “Draw 3” now is broken in the left hand form of play. I don’t like to play right hand form.The app is unusable in its current state. I have been a subscriber for years, but I want to cancel the subscription until you fix these bugs. The in-app events are just silly. I have no idea what card back I use and I don’t care what it is. Please cleanup this onetime best solitaire app. You have way too much competition.

    I used to really enjoy this game until you all began adding advertisements to it. I understand that in between games it’s important for you guys to get some revenue from advertisements. Now you’re adding advertisements in the middle of games which I think is very sad and I am going to uninstall this game and find a solitaire app that doesn’t do that 👋

    This is my favorite solitaire game and I play it exclusively. The last update screwed up the dealer deck and you can’t see the whole card without touching it. I was hoping you would realize it and fix it quickly. It’s been over a week. Please fix it. Thank you.
