    I wanted to cancel my free trial membership however I was unable to cancel through your app or on my account. This is a very hard membership to cancel as I have tried several different options and have had no success. I want you to Cancel my membership at this time.

    I downloaded it through some paying app for a whole five bucks. That’s besides the point. I figured I’d put my info and look into my family’s history. Good Lord. It’s incredibly irritating trying to add or change people and relationships. Example: my brother and I have different dads, so I added his. Somehow his dad is under my dad’s parents and I can’t seem to change it, nor can I delete his person. Like it should simply be to add a person and their relatives, or none if you don’t know them or have no relation.

  • Fraudulent practices. You cannot cancel trial!

    This company claims you can cancel the free trial before the billing date. This is deceptive. I tried to cancel my free trial the next day and there is no way to submit my cancellation request and no way to contact them via their phone number. Upon connection you are asked to enter a four digit pin, which was never provided. This app may have once been legit but is a predatory company which tried to scam me. Buyer beware!

  • Don’t if you’re hard of hearing (HOH)

    Scam. When you try to request a refund the DAY you were charged, it will take well over a month to ever hear anything. And when you have written confirmation that the agent you chat with online has pasted to your account that you will not take calls because you are hard of hearing and need to be contacted via email, they’ll ignore it and try to call you, claiming they’ll send an email after the “chat”. Person had a very heavy accent, so the email does nothing if I won’t hear half of the conversation and have to decipher an accent, meaning I don’t know what I’m agreeing or disagreeing with in the verbal conversation.

    I am fairly new at this but have found MyHeritage to be a wonderful avenue for searching my ancestry. I am still learning and discovering things that fascinate me such as picture enhancing! What a trip that was the first time seeing the animation. Wow is all I can say and thank you a thousand times over for this amazing adventure.

    My Heritage has allowed me to see ancestral lines from Indonesia, Holland and Native American. It truly is as if I am watching a movie into the past. How eye opening to see the hardships that were endured to bring me to today. I will not whine about my present again. I am the last generation on a long line of survivors.

    Why would I want to purchase my family tree when in 4 weeks they don’t have my dna ready. Doesn’t it make sense to ask you if you want a subscription after you find out what your dna is?

    I’ve made many mistakes using this APP…there is no way that I can correct or change….I can’t even delete this and reinstall this app again. I hope hope someone in charge can look into this. It would be very helpful. I know there are many people who have had this problem. Thank you so very much.
