When your app is open, you can use the volume slider within the app. When the app is in the background, use the device volume to set your volume. • Make sure your battery is charged and have your notifications turned on before you go to sleep, when the battery level goes below 30% it might not sound. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. • Keep your Apple Music available on your device The music you can select consists of everything you have available on your ‘Apple Music' app on your device. If the music is saved on your iCloud, and not on the device itself, it won’t be available. NEVER MISS AN ALARM When you close the app and do not have it running in the background, the alarm will use the device volume instead and play the notification sound system. The app will close itself automatically after 10 hours of inactivity. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. When your device is muted, set to ‘Do Not Disturb’, or your device volume is set to 0, the alarm won’t play properly. It will still show the notification without any sound. This is due to Apple’s restrictions as we are unable to access the app settings when the app is closed, only when it’s open or running in the background.   • Good app - annoying ads

    The features of this app are great but not sure how much longer I’m going to tolerate the apps. They have become annoying , it takes longer and longer before the little “x” appears that allows to turn them off. Looking at the built in apple clock alarm and it appears more and more enticing.

    I have my alarms set, and when it’s time for them to go off the app turns my phone down so then I never hear the alarm. I hsve checked my phone settings Nd have evrn recently upgraded to the newest version of my device. I pay the subscription for thus spp thinking it would help but no such luck, it still turns my volume down on its own. I even hsve to open the app before bed just so the app will attempt to have the alarms go off but they seldomly do. I used to love this app, but now it’s just stressful, because it has mDe me late and I have had to hop up out of bed and run like I’m being chased by a bear to get to where I have to go on time.

    Sometimes it works correctly but often it doesn’t like the snooze won’t even show up you open it and it just turns off and then you will only have a one time alarm and it will go off again even when it’s not turned on to do so. Please fix these glitches or I will have to use one that works properly.

  • They’re getting greedy

    The app itself is great. Easy to use, has all the features one needs. But you’re getting greedy. First it was free with ads and then a slight charge to remove them. The free version is fine at first because the ads were relatively quick. Then they became longer and the app was very reasonable so I paid for an alarm. But the price jumped incredibly high for a simple app that didn’t really need to be improved on or changing so I went back to free. Now you can’t get the ads off.as soon as I open it I have to sit through game ads for five minutes with no way to exit it unless you interact with it for 4-5 minutes. When I’m ready to go to sleep this is a horrible crossroads. I don’t want to play sim e stupid game just so I can be ready for the morning. It’s a huge disappointment.

  • No Ringer

    It's a perfectly good clock and alarm setup, but If I can't use it with the ringer off, it is of no use to me.

  • Stuck on time

    After the latest update the clock stayed on 03:52. Obviously that means the alarm did not sound at the correct time. I have been using this app for years which is why instill gave it 3 stars because generally it is a reliable even with the annoying commercials.
