    So I’m watching an event on the app. I change to watch a different event on the app. The app says I’m not logged in. Huh? Then it says “something went wrong” when I try to login. This happens often. I’m using the app and suddenly I’m not logged in. How is that possible? Introduced recently is a bug where the app FREQUENTLY “skips.” Every 60-90 seconds the stream cuts out and then resumes. Most often it goes backward anywhere for a half second up to 2 or 3 seconds. Oddly, it sometimes actually skips forward in the same way. It’s sounds like a small thing but they needed to fix this skipping issue. It seems to happen only with Husker events. Again, it may seem like a small thing but the regularity with which it happens makes it hard to focus on the action because you’re waiting for the next skip.

    I purchased a subscription for this app to be able to watch live games on the Big Ten network. Only after you subscribe, do you find out that the subscription doesn’t cover live broadcast games. Total ripoff!!

    Forced to use this garbage app. Doesn’t even have the full events calendar loaded on. Seems like an easy fix - can definitely hire someone to add the events to the app. What’s joke. Should be ashamed for $13 / month

  • Paying for subscription but app won’t let me use it

    I renewed an old subscription and paid, but the app keeps saying I need to subscribe. I select a plan to subscribe and Apple tells me I’m already subscribed. I’m stuck in a doom loop, paying for frustration and can’t watch anything.

  • Far behind in what’s expected in streaming apps today

    No option to watch from beginning when part way through a game. Even after rewinding to the start, keeps jumping to live tv on AppleTV. Stream frame rate is low for sporting events. Maybe ok for movies (20 or 30 fps?), but this is a major conference sports app! Makes games stutter. I’m not going to pay $13/mo for this!

  • Beware - Subscription Problems Await You

    If you use Apple to manage the subscription it won’t work until you go through an arduous task of taking screen shots and submitting to unhelpful support that could take more than a day. If you are in a hurry to login and don’t want to hassle, you should go to Big10+ to start your subscription there and only download the the app from Apple.

  • Pointless app

    You subscribe to Bigten plus but it still doesn’t let you watch any of the content just asks you to subscribe and when you re select it it tells you you are subscribed sending you into an endless circle. How can a conference with a multibillion dollar tv deal not have a working app.

  • Paid for a subscription that doesn’t work

    Before the basketball game that I wanted to watch this evening, I paid for a subscription through the app (on iPhone, via Apple). No matter what I do, the B1G+ app will not recognize that I have purchased the subscription. And it’s too late to get timely support that isn’t a virtual chatbot, so I’ve paid $12.99 and I’m going to miss the entire basketball game. This is incredibly frustrating.

  • Horrible…every time

    At least once a year, I try to subscribe to this worthless app and it never works. How can BigTen plus not figure out how to accept payment and immediately turn on a subscription service??
