  • App is getting incredibly worse instead of better!

    I love the easy light hearted mystery shows and movies on HM. I like watching the stress free shows to unwind before bed. However the iPhone app is bad, I mean bad, and only getting worse. It was never the best app but it functioned. Now I can’t seem to watch any shows without is crashing almost every time. We also aren’t really able to easily go back to the menu after starting the show. Additionally, trying to reverse or fast forward is incredibly challenging the arrow buttons rarely work and only advance or rewind a few seconds at a time. Dragging the progress bar is also often impossible. It would be great and incredibly helpful if a “start from beginning” button were added. With all of these frustrating glitches, crashes and loss of functionality this app has turned my relaxing wind down routine into an extremely frustrating experience. I really hope they improve this app because I really do enjoy the streaming content.

    The app barely works especially at night…. Whenever I try to watch a movie all it does is spins in circles. Super disappointed.

    App is constantly unable to play. All other streaming services work just fine. Always buffering or stating can’t play due to unknown reasons or saying we are outside the country

    Love the service but the app needs work. It is glitchy, sometimes pops up that service is not available in this area, needs to be logged in constantly and then when you do it doesn’t show you are a subscriber so you have to log in yet again. Yes, contacted support and never heard a peep.

    I have been watching movies with no problems except for today the app says I can only watch from the United States. I am in Minnesota and I have been watching movies now it won’t let me

    This app is absolutely the worst. Constantly signs me out on the Apple TV. Says it is “unavailable in your country” which is odd, I live in the USA and it was fine 10 min ago. It freezes and goes blank and sometimes the shows just quit in the middle of them. I pay for this subscription and I spend more time messing with the dang app than getting to watch anything. There needs to be a major overhaul to get this to work correctly. I hope they figure it out because the trouble is becoming not work watching the shows.

    I've not used this very long and I can already tell I won’t be renewing. -doesn’t support smaller window use or overlay -resets everything you were doing when you navigate out and back -not intuitive to use…I’ve had to close the app to go back to previous page especially in the live stream -crashes or loses network a lot which then once again navigates all the way back resetting what I was doing.
