  • App stops working

    So I had this app for a good while, the first few uses was good, then after a few months, the app stops working. Pictures I take it won’t process it. I type it in and still won’t process the problem. I used a different app and I magically got results with no issues. I did everything to restarting my device, the app cache and so on and it won’t work on problems that seem easy. :/ really disappointed.

    App is really great and helpful, but it always logs me out when I leave the app which is annoying when I’m trying to do homework or need a quick answer

    I dont use this app often because im usually pretty good at math but if im stuck on a problem i might just scan it in, and the answer is usually right for algebraic problems but if you wanna know the steps you have to pay.

    The calculator is so trash like is this a glitch or what? Seriously I try to like put equations to solve there and they will not solve. Literally Google can do language better.

    I used to love it, it was one of my favorite apps for homework, for one I can no longer see the answers. It either takes 10 mins to load or never even shows it. I also discovered that somehow it started a subscription!!! never in my life have I subscribed but when I went to delete it, it told me I had subscribed!!! I have no idea how much money it’s taken or how long this has gone on. I’ve never been able to see the way it works out the problems. It always tells me to purchase a subscription. I’m infuriated at this.

    I love this calculator app. its my most favorite. However, for the past week or so it has not been working whatsoever. it will never load an answer even to normal easy questions. At times it wont even let me type anything and when i press the keys nothing happens. i literally cant use this app. yes i have turned my phone on and off again. yes i deleted the app and redownloaded

    Idk what’s happened but recently, mathway hasn’t been able to read the equations I give it. It’s unable to comprehend basic equations now which is really sad bc it was so helpful and i preferred this app over photomath because this app allows your to ask an actually problem and help you work through it. it’s really disappointing and I hope they get the app fixed soon :(

    Used to love this app; it was always my favorite, and I’ve always thought it was better than competitors like Photomath, but the app seems to have completely stopped working. Idk if it’s just my app or if they shut down, but the app has completely stopped working. It either doesn’t load to the keyboard, like it doesn’t type anything, it’s as if I’m using an inactive app, so I've just had to end up deleting 🤷🏻‍♀️

    This app used to be so great, but now it’s so buggy and the camera doesn’t work anymore- it just says “unable to detect math problem” for literally any math problem. The keyboard function is laggy and doesn’t register half your inputs, and after i subscribed to see step-by-step the solutions started taking 10x longer to load. like, i literally waited 2 mins for it to load one time when it used to be instant. This app desperately needs an update, if it continues to be so buggy I’m switching to Photomath!

    The app didn’t work for me. When I enter a problem and press submit, nothing happens; It just redirects to a blank screen labeled “Solution”.
