    A great app for lifters. It has all the features you need to track a workout, including being able to add your own exercises and create your own workouts. I’m not particularly tech savvy and I found this very easy to use. I’m almost to my 200th strength workout using this app.

    I just completed my 319th workout with the Pro version of Strong. Woohoo! This app has been with me through thick and thin. I used it while deployed to Africa and it kept me going and motivated. It helps me keep track of my progress and I can create as many workout templates as I need. I love being able to keep rest timers in between sets. I don’t sit there getting sidetracked by my phone like so many other gym goers. I love your app! Well worth the extra for Pro version.

    Downloaded because I wanted an app with built in rest timers. Will stick with it because it’s a simple but great UI that acts intuitively and allowed me to jump right into a workout and set it up while I went.

    Bugs Found: -Leaving the app during an active workout makes it lose its place when returning. -Hitting PAUSE doesn’t pause the workout timer nor the rest timer.

    So far so good. I like the visuals of the work out that this app provides. It doesn’t have all but it provides a lot of short videos on how to properly do the exercises your logging.

    I have been using this app in lieu of a workout journal for the past 10 years, started in 2016 and now I have over 1000+ workouts logged. I cannot recommend it enough for someone looking to make & track some serious progression in the gym!

    I’m not entirely sure why the developers made it Apple Watch centric, but I begrudgingly use the app now. I prefer to start and track the workout and sets from my phone and only have the watch analytics. Now I’ve found myself starting a workout with Apple and just using the app for tracking my sets. I’ve been a strong user for over three years and this is by far one of the worst updates. PLEASE allow user to choose how they track the workouts. Also, please stop making it automatically adding rests between the new sets. It feel like so many things went backwards in this update.

    I am making so much more progress now that I am using Strong! I was using the free version which really helped me get there and now I am using the paid version to watch my progress in more detail.
