    I've tried an assortment of different lifting/fitness apps to track my workouts and progress, and this is by far the best and most user-friendly I've ever used. Simple, sleek, and makes it easier than ever to keep an eye on them sweet, sweet gains. The designers also seem to be particularly user-oriented and focused on improving the app where necessary which is a welcome change from a lot of other devs. Try it out, you won't regret it.

    Update 5/22/25: I appreciate that the recent update seems to have fixed the issue where the app crashes, but many of the new UI features feel clunkier than the old UI. The frames on the weight, rep count, and rest timer are so close together that I frequently select one when I intended to select the other. The update also wiped some of my templated settings; not a huge issue but an annoyance. Original: The app is a great tool for tracking workouts and I like that you can define your own movements. It frequently freezes while I’m using it and I have to force close and restart. Thankfully it saves my in-progress workout so it’s not detrimental, but it is annoying.

    Just writing this to say THANK YOU to the developers for adding built-in rest timers to sets. This is so helpful. Apple changed their stupid timer so that when I activate it from my utility screen it always resets to one hour. Also the fact that the timer just goes off with a noise and doesn’t pause my music is such a benefit, that and it just automatically starts when I log the set. THANK YOU. You can tell that the devs actually use this app themselves and care about improving it.

    I purchased the lifetime membership a few years back. It did the job but was is definite need of an update. I’m happy to say the newest update is legit! Apple Watch connectivity is up to par now. I love this app and use it almost daily. Also, I appreciate the one time fee for lifetime membership. Wish more apps would do that.
  • Update killed my saved rest timers

    Awful app, don’t bother using, updates will arbitrarily reset your saved inputs Better pay for a decent service instead, or just use notes.

  • New update doesn’t work with Apple Watch

    The new update deleted it off of my watch and it won’t redownload. Like it literally doesn’t show up in the watch app as an option to download. Please fix asap, this app was so good before this. Update: I communicated with the customer service team and apparently older watches will no longer be supported. Very disappointing, the only way I use the app is on my watch.
  • Why can’t we change exercise names anymore?

    Most recent update killed the functionality of the Apple watch, rearranged all my workouts this morning, and now won’t even let me log in. It was fine before the update, now it won’t even work.
