    I will be deleting this app in my account since they want to be greedy and have people start paying to access their memories after yeaaars of having free memory. This apple was dying anyways this will just continue to make people not use the app. Marketing team at snapchat .. are you guys ok…?

    This app used to be great, but i’m sad to say it has been going downhill for a while. In 2020 they had these extremely fun games you could play with your friends. It would keep me sane during quarantine and I would stay up all night playing them with my friends. I’m sad to say these games are gone. Now, fine I can get over that. BUT I have been saving memories on this app for about 10 years and now you have to pay if you want to see them. This is extremely disappointing and I feel like a rug was pulled out from under me. I saved those memories in snapchat under the impression that I would always have access to MY OWN videos. As I got older and did t use the app so much, the only reason I go on this app was because I wanted to look back at old videos in my memories. But now that is gone. I am sad to say I will be deleting this app soon if they do not undo this.

    The ipad version is sooo buggy especially when it’s horizontal it just bugs out and when i open a chat while a keyboard is connected it just crashes i can’t even text my parents and my friends because the ipad version is soooooo buggy

    I can't even email a real person anymore about their app glitching out and not letting me block people. I have repeatedly tried to block the same person, nowadays when I click to their account it says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again!" giving no option to even try blocking her again. Last time this happened with a different person/account I was able to email a real person. Now I can't. This app isn't safe, stay away. They don't care about your safety

  • Snapchat won’t approve of my account over fake reports

    I got added into a Unknow group chat that I had no one added or even know them and they all reported me for child harassment even though I’m a child myself and did not do such a thing and I got permanently banned thanks to it! Snapchat needs to do warnings before banning people for no reason I HAD PICTURES OF FROM 2021 BEFORE HE DIED AND NOW THEY ARE ALL GONE

    Mind you this isn’t only a me problem but most people are having horrible experiences with costumer services i put in a appeal 8 months ago and still haven’t gotten a reply back they don’t even check the appeals people out and that means usually your accounts are locked permanently, Snapchat has one of the most laziest customer services ever
