    The only problem I have with this app is if I’m doing curbside, it should locate the nearest store. For some reason, I ordered a pizza and went to the store but it was the wrong store. The app should automatically know which store is the closet if it has gps tracking. I had to go an extra 12 minutes when the one that is nearby is less than 5 minutes from me.

    EDIT: I have 3 free pizzas I can’t redeem now. I called the store and they told me to call corporate. I called corporate and they told me to call the store. The customer service for resolving this issue is TERRIBLE. Dropping this to one star because I’ve tried to get this resolved literally for two months now, with no resolution at all. —————— Overall, I really like the application. It has some really great features that many other restaurant applications do not have. The one huge flaw in this is that the coupons very often do not work. Many times over the past year of using this application, I have gotten the message that the coupon is invalid and it has to be removed. I’ve used the application quite a lot and recently this has been happening more and more. I have built up my rewards to earn the free pizza, but that is one of the coupons that is invalid. In fact, I can’t redeem the free pizza. If that’s the case, what’s the point of even using the app? When I called corporate, they told me it’s the store’s responsibility that I need to call my local store. When I talked to the local store, they told me it was corporate’s responsibility to call corporate. Like I said, overall, I have been mainly pleased with the application, but the coupon functionality definitely needs work.

    Great App, from start to finish. I do wish they had an option to withhold items was on every order or a special instructions added to every order. I have to call the store to get them to withhold putting ranch on my chicken Buffalo bites…it would just make it easier. Overall a great App!

    This app is probably my favorite because you can get quality pizza at a fair price almost anywhere in the country and the delivery fee beats other apps that deliver food. My favorite part of this app is that it is a portal that brings me my favorite food at a push of the button. Too drunk to drive? Dominoes Kid sleeping and you got the munchies? Dominoes Got friends over and discovered the food you planned on eating got moldy? Dominoes Endless possibilities and they always have deals and promos so it never costs as much as some other chain pizza places that seem to think their ish is worth a million dollars. Dominoes is here for the people and we say thank you pizza lords 🙌

    I’ve deleted and re downloaded the app like twice and it keeps crashing. It only lasts 10 seconds or less being open.

    If you close the app while you’re making an order it deletes your shopping cart and you have to start over. Very annoying.
