  • Stopped support of IOS 16

My iPhone 8 cannot be upgraded to iOS version 17 and later due to Apple policy. Capital One collects analytics and telemetry and knows full well that some of their app users use older phones. Today my Capital One mobile app stopped working requiring me to upgrade my IOS version which is impossible and I’m not buying a new phone every couple of years. There’s no features in the app that require certain hardware not available in iPhone 8. The stop of support for the past 3 major versions seems unreasonable.

This app is very poorly designed. The “help” is a very dumb AI bot. Could never get an answer to a simple question. My account only shows the last 4 digits of my account number.

Been 2 weeks account shows $19000 debit but still no check. Balance transfer with Bank of America goes direct to your bank account within 24 hrs, ready to use, Capital One been 2 weeks already still no check, then when the check finally arrives , another 10days to clear PATHETIC!!!

This app no longer supports an operating system that’s only 2 years old. Bank apps should be accessible to everyone, including people that do not care to purchase new a phone every year.
  • Can’t use the app anymore

No longer accessible to my phone because my IOS is “out of date” why does using a simple ui system that tells me what amount to pay needs to have the newest iOS system? Doesn’t make sense
