The app works fine. It does its job. But it asks me to download a new update seemingly every week.

It says your allowed one free article, but when you open the article you want to try out before you commit, a blocker pops up and says you have used up your one free article. No thank you

Every time you update the app I can’t log in to my account! The app keeps telling me to subscribe, which I have already!

The latest update made reading the paper a horrible experience. Pleas go back to the version before.
  • Why so many intrusive ads?

This app loads ad after ad. You cannot read a page without ad auto opening. The user interface needs improvement for mobile devices.
  • Annoying pop up videos

When I am reading an article it is impossible due to a pop up video showing up every 3 seconds (literally). You lost a paid subscriber!

Impossible to read a story because pop ups run continuously Find a other way to get south Florida news
  • No stories just ads

I am a paying customer and read the SS through the app. I can no longer read the stories because the ads pop up and are aggressive- there seems to be no way to avoid them. No matter how many times I hot “close” or the cross mark, they come right back immediately. Also, the SS doesn’t update the news stories very often. Thus is South Florida and there is a lot going on but the SS stories don’t reflect this.
