    Begging you to switch back to the old version - what happened to the little explore page where you can select from the top where it shows “igloos” “A-frame” “glamping” and those fun things? PLEASE bring that back. Also, I come to Airbnb to go on vacay and escape from the chaotic, fast-paced world - I don’t want to log into this wholesome app to view these AI-style icon and bitmoji style pictures.

    This company is extremely horrible when it comes to guest satisfaction. The app itself as far as setup, accessibility, etc.. is great. The actual nitty gritty of the company though is unfortunately not. You have to fight tooth and nail for them to hear your plea, and even still they leave it to the Airbnb host to satisfy you. They don’t punish bad host and still allow them to host/ respond to reviews. It’s terrible. You can’t be a 3rd party company and ignore your users complaints. I, and the rest of my party who stayed at an Airbnb will be using Vrbo from now on.

    I went on vacation and rented a property when I arrived there the property smelled had stains damages. I Took photos of everything. The hostess and Airbnb will not refund my money.

    I have been an air bnb user since 2016. My last rental we reported a broken tv. The owner submitted a damage resolution claim. No one at air bnb looked at the evidence that the room the tv was in was unoccupied until the damage was discovered and reported. Air BnB corporate charged all the damage to my credit card even though I did not damage the property. I will be using their competitors in the future and joining the class action lawsuit against them.

    Support model has too many layers. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing and they are always limited by one thing or another. Transferring to a different department seems to be a strategy

    I’ve used Airbnb on and off for several years. A booking here and there no issues until this year. Out of no where and a few days before my trip they cancelled my reservation and deactivated my account! According to Airbnb I was a felon and I violated terms of service. Obviously this was a mistake. I went through the proper channels and submitted an appeal and had their background check contested. Eventually this whole issue was found to be false and the background check company corrected my information but Airbnb still did not reactivate my account or offer any condolences for their mistake. They in fact doubled down when I showed them I was clear of any wrong doing. They said I was closely related to said person with felonies and I would continue to be banned. I invisibly appealed it because I am not a felon and I do not associate with any persons like that. They upheld the decision said I could not appeal anymore and that was that. Needless to say this threw our whole trip into a spiral and the fact Airbnb refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility is appalling. Be careful when marking plans and booking tickets, Airbnb will screw you over and not give a single moment of care after. Very disappointing experience.

    Although my rating has been 5.0 for the past year, I have constantly felt under pressure and at risk of unfair treatment. ☺️☺️☺️During this time, I encountered two guests who took advantage of their privileges inappropriately. I wish guests more comfort and an ideal service experience, and as hosts, we hope for stronger protection measures against unfair and retaliatory reviews.
